【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係一種人員乘載用之代步工具，也是一種休閒用之休旅型汽車。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種汽車的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車」之新式樣。本新式樣係一種掀背休旅型汽車之設計，外觀主要特徵藉由洗鍊、莊嚴的輪廓造型、稜角稜線分明的脊線與摺線、流暢的凹凸飾面及空力組合等元素裝飾出一股動感的氣息，展現在外部鈑件上的特性包括引擎蓋、頭燈、前後保險桿、前後擋泥板、側門、窗台、後廂蓋、後燈及輪圈等都是聚集目光焦點所在。整體的曲線考究細膩，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅致清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車」如附圖所示，包括一個前傾、表面修飾有多數略呈“瓜瓣”狀交互凸出及凹進之凹凸面的引擎蓋位於引擎室頂部。在車頭中央部形成一個略呈“倒梯形”狀的凸鼻部(水箱護罩)，與一個大型保險桿成一體設計並啣接在該引擎蓋前端，該護罩中央包含一對橢圓形的氣柵孔，於其內側綴飾有若干直瀑型的格柵。一對眼角上揚宛若“豆莢”般的頭燈，安排在該對橢圓形氣柵孔的左右側。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，該前保險桿下部包含一個像“笑口”般之狹長的氣壩孔，外側端略擴大且上揚幾乎涵蓋整個正面寬度，及一對略呈“楔形”的霧燈補償在該氣壩孔的左右角隅。從側視圖觀之，一個柔順滑暢的頂蓬自前擋風玻璃低斜地向後延伸、掠過座艙部直達尾端，該座艙部側面設計一對側門，及在前側門角窗配置一對略呈梯形狀的後視鏡。一道位於高點之交互凸出及凹入的凸脊線，沿窗台下方橫越側門及前後擋泥板直達尾燈，另一道位於低點的凸脊線沿側門下緣介於前後輪弧之間等。再從另一立體圖及後視圖觀之，車體後部成斜背設計，包含一個兩截式略呈“ㄏ”字形的後廂蓋介於左右後擋泥板之間，其上部形成一個梯形後窗、下部為向內凹進之垂直伸設的ㄩ形鈑件，且在兩者之間形成一個突出的“尾脊”。及，一對高低階略呈舟狀的後燈配置在後廂左右角隅，且高的部分越過後擋泥板向側面延伸，及該對後燈之間形成一個略呈倒梯形狀的凹部。又，一個大型略呈“ㄩ”字形的後保險桿位於該後廂蓋下緣並包圍在兩後輪弧之間，及沿該後保險桿中端部修飾有交互凸出及凹入的脊線，並終止於後輪弧。此外，前後輪分別綴飾一個具有10個輪輻並成放射狀排列的輪圈，且各自配置一個寬幅輪胎等。如上述之汽車，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「汽車」，其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺感受。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is a means of transportation for people to travel, and also a recreational SUV.
