【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係一種人員乘載用之代步工具，同時也是一種競速用之運動型汽車。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種汽車的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車」之新式樣。本新式樣呈雙門競速型汽車之設計，外觀主要特徵包括一個尖突的凸鼻部突出在車頭前緣，頂蓬已收摺的敞篷座艙，兩側葉子鈑隆起且鼓出包圍在引擎室和後廂的左右側，展現在外部鈑件上之特性藉由洗鍊的輪廓造型、稜角稜線分明的脊線與摺線、流暢的凹凸飾面及空力組合等運動元素裝飾出非常動感的外表，突顯出正統跑車的氣韻與陽剛的風格。整體的輪廓曲線舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車」如附圖所示，基本上呈楔形、低風阻及低底盤之流線型設計。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，一個前傾略呈”盾”形的引擎蓋覆設在引擎室頂部，其表面左、右側分別向葉子鈑方向隆起且鼓出形成一個拱形的凸脊部。一個橢圓形的護罩連同前保險桿一體，形成一個尖突的凸鼻部突出在該引擎蓋前方，該護罩包含一個凹進的橢圓形氣柵孔，於其內側綴飾若干直瀑型的格柵。一對眼角上揚宛若”杏仁”般的頭燈，安排在該橢圓形氣柵孔左右側的上角隅，一對圓形的霧燈配置在該頭燈下方之略呈矩形的沉孔深處；及，該前保險桿下部包含一個像狹縫般的氣壩孔，其外側端擴大且上揚幾乎涵蓋整個正面寬度。從側視圖觀之，一個頂蓬已收摺的敞篷座艙設計單一側門，一對略呈半橢圓形的後視鏡配置在此側門前角隅，多數個連綴略呈平行四邊形的空力孔介於前擋泥鈑與側門之間，及一道位於低點像狹縫般的空力槽沿該側門下緣介於前後輪弧之間等。該車體後部向後方略傾斜，且沿後廂的上緣形成一個突出的”尾脊”，後視時一對角錐形的後燈配置在後廂左右角隅，且大的部分越過後擋泥板向側面延伸，及在該對後燈之間形成一個梯形狀的凹部。又，一個大型後保險桿沿後廂下緣包圍、幾乎涵蓋尾部大部分的高度，該後保險桿上段部分成向後方凸出，下段部分成向內凹進並形成一個略呈ㄇ字形的框架，且在其左右側對稱地形成一個略呈矩形的排汽孔。此外，誠如頂蓬展開狀態各視圖所示，被收摺在後廂的軟蓬可選擇地展開，覆蓋在該座艙部的上方等。如上述之汽車，整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「汽車」，外觀外形藉由流暢的線條和運動元素等展現出力與美的動感造形，創作特色完美地將剛勁的氣韻和諧地融合在各構成中，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is a means of transportation for people to travel, and is also a sports car for racing.
