Abstract
【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係配置在汽車頭部下緣,保護汽車頭部緩衝防撞用,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使汽車造形特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種保險桿的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用前保險桿」之新式樣。本新式樣前保險桿,外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型、彎曲、平面方向略呈"㗾"字形的主體,其左右側包含一對大型五角形的空力孔徑,兩者之間的上下部形成一對相反方向、略呈向左右方向拉長之"U"字形的凹部和鏤空的氣壩孔徑,及沿該氣壩孔徑外側修飾一個平行、突出、稜角稜線格外分明的脊線,且順勢導入該五角形的空力孔徑中。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用前保險桿」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個沿汽車頭部前緣包圍並介於兩前輪弧之間的彎弧形主體。從前視圖及立體圖觀之,本體上端及左右側相對向內側凹進,於左右側對稱地形成一對大型鏤空略成五角形的空力孔徑,及上端的中央部形成一個約略大於總寬度4/10、略呈向左右方向拉長之"U"字形的凹部。該U形凹部的正下方相對突出,形成一個方向相反、寬度較寬、略呈向左右方向拉長之倒"U"字形的突出部,沿此突出部的輪廓邊緣修飾成稜角稜線格外分明的脊線,及該倒U形突出部之內側包含一個鏤空、約平行於此突出部輪廓邊緣、略呈向左右方向拉長之倒"U"字形的氣壩孔徑,該氣壩孔徑的底端形成一個與上述五角形空力孔徑底部平齊的平整欄柵。及,沿該對五角形空力孔徑頂端對稱地修飾一道向上述U形凹部方向延伸的脊線,低於此脊線的下方並與上述倒U形突出部上緣之間,相對內凹形成一個逐漸變深、順勢導向該五角形空力孔徑的凹部。又,該氣壩孔徑欄柵下方修飾成一個下弦狀的凹部,及此凹部中形成若干凹凸起伏的齒部。從俯視圖觀之,本體橫斷面方向成彎曲狀,其兩端各以一圓角朝側面方向彎曲及延伸,看起來略呈"㗾"字形輪廓。再從側視圖觀之,本體兩端外側對稱地形成一個高度較高之圓弧形端部,用來與前擋泥板共同構成一個圓弧形輪弧部,並沿此端部內側修飾一道突出、平行於端部格外分明的脊線等。如上述之「汽車用前保險桿」,表現在外部上之特性為一種新的汽車設計哲學,使車子具有非常動感的外表,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用前保險桿」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is placed on the lower edge of the front of the car to protect the front of the car from collisions and to be used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's shape more prominent and visually appealing. The overall contour curve is exquisitely shaped, the lines are stretched and smooth, the style is elegant and fresh, and it is a new style designer with rich visual beauty. ;As shown in the attached figure, this new style "front bumper for automobile" basically includes a curved main body that surrounds the front edge of the automobile head and is between the two front wheel arcs. From the front view and the three-dimensional view, the upper end and the left and right sides of the main body are relatively concave inward, forming a pair of large hollowed-out slightly pentagonal aerodynamic apertures symmetrically on the left and right sides, and the central part of the upper end forms a "U"-shaped concave portion that is approximately larger than 4/10 of the total width and slightly elongated in the left and right directions. The U-shaped recessed portion protrudes relatively below to form a protrusion in the opposite direction, with a wider width and slightly elongated to the left and right in an inverted "U" shape. The edge of the contour of the protrusion is decorated to form a ridge line with particularly distinct angular edges, and the inner side of the inverted U-shaped protrusion includes a hollowed-out, approximately parallel to the edge of the contour of the protrusion, slightly elongated to the left and right in an inverted "U"-shaped air dam aperture. The bottom end of the air dam aperture forms a flat fence that is flush with the bottom of the above-mentioned pentagonal aerodynamic aperture. And, a ridgeline extending toward the U-shaped concave portion is symmetrically decorated along the top of the pair of pentagonal aerodynamic apertures, and a concave portion that gradually deepens and leads to the pentagonal aerodynamic aperture is formed relatively inward below the ridgeline and between the upper edge of the inverted U-shaped protrusion. In addition, a lower chord-shaped concave portion is decorated below the air dam aperture fence, and a plurality of convex and concave teeth are formed in the concave portion. From a top view, the cross-sectional direction of the main body is curved, and its two ends are curved and extended toward the side direction with a rounded corner, which looks like a slightly "㗾"-shaped outline. From the side view, the two ends of the main body symmetrically form a high arc-shaped end, which is used to form an arc-shaped wheel arc with the front fender, and a prominent ridge line parallel to the end is decorated along the inner side of the end. As mentioned above, the "front bumper for automobiles" has a new automobile design philosophy in its external characteristics, which makes the car have a very dynamic appearance, and the overall shape is trendy and full of novel features. ;In summary, this new style "front bumper for automobile" expresses a dynamic originality through neat, flexible and stretched lines.
