【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係固定在汽車頭部前緣，保護汽車頭部緩衝防撞用，同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種保險槓的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用前保險槓」之新式樣。本新式樣前保險槓外觀主要特徵包括，上端部中央定位有一對橢圓形的氣柵孔徑，其兩側形成有一對略呈”ㄩ”字形的頭燈安裝部，下端部形成一個幾乎涵蓋整個正面寬度、呈倒梯形狀之大型氣霸孔徑，治該頭燈安裝部內側往氣霸孔徑中央部形成有一對”內八字”，形之脊線，及沿頭燈安裝部外側往氣霸孔徑外側形成有一對圓弧形脊線等。上述交互地凸出及凹入的耀眼脊線為一種新的設計哲學，即所謂”熱情表面”使該前保險槓具有一非常動感的外表。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅致清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用前保險槓」如附圖所示，從前視圖及立體圖看，本體上端部中央形成有一個約占1/3高度、略大於1/2寬度之倒”梯形”狀的突出部，於此突出部內側中央形成有一對左右毗鄰略呈橢圓(或雙腎)形表彰企業精神的氣柵孔徑，該氣柵孔徑兩側對稱地形成有一對略呈”ㄩ”字形、內側有銳角外側有圓角之頭燈的安裝部，並在其下緣形成有一個水平方向的脊線。約占1/3高度之中端部表面中央，自該頭燈安裝部內側以相同曲率延續至此形成一對”內八字”形之脊線。及，本體約占1/3高度之下端部表面略凹，並與該中端部之間形成一水平方向的脊線，在其正面中央形成有一個大型幾乎涵蓋整個正面寬度之狹長、略呈往左右拉長之橢圓形的氣霸孔徑(空力構件)，且該氣霸孔徑中央部以相同曲率延續上述”內八字”形脊線，形成有一對往該氣霸孔徑內側延伸、寬度略寬之倒梯形狀的肋部，及沿該大型氣霸孔徑下緣修飾有一水平方向的脊線，且沿該頭燈安裝部外側往氣霸孔徑外側又形成有一對圓弧形的脊線等。從俯視圖看，該本體橫向斷面成彎曲狀，其兩端各以一圓角朝側面彎曲及延伸，看起來略呈”U”字形輪廓。再從側視圖看，本體兩端外側對稱地形成有一個略高之圓弧形的端部，並沿此端部內側修飾有一道平行突出分明的脊線，用來與前擋泥板啣接共同構成一個圓弧形的輪弧等。如上述之「汽車用前保險槓」，整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「汽車用前保險槓」，藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性；創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new item is fixed to the front edge of the car to protect the front of the car from collisions and is also used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car.
