【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係固定在汽車尾部下緣,保護汽車尾部緩衝防撞用,同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種保險桿的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後保險桿」之新式樣。本新式樣後保險桿與後廂的垂直部係一體設計,故在上端部形成有一個與後廂蓋啣接略呈拉長”U”字形的凹部,下端部形成導流構件包括中央下部一個較長略呈倒”U”字形的凹部,及此凹部兩側角隅一對橢圓形的開口部,用來安裝兩對排氣管等。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後保險桿」如附圖所示,本體上端部略比下端部寬,兩端分別往側面方向延伸,其端部並以一曲率半徑形成一個圓弧形的凹部承接在兩側後輪拱下方。從前視圖看,自上端部最高點往下端部方向寬度逐漸減小,相對於上端部,和下端部而言,中央部係形成一個水平方向約佔1/4高度往後方突出的稜部,且與約佔1/4高度的上端部和約佔2/4高度的下端部之間形成有一分明的高低落差。本體上端部,在前視圖中央形成有一個水平方向約略小於1/2寬度、看起來略呈往左右拉長之”U”字形的上段凹部,用以形成與後廂蓋啣接的界面;及,在本體下端部中央形成有一個水平方向寬度更寬、大型略呈往左右拉長之倒”U”字形的下段凹部,用以形成一個空氣力學(導流)構件;並且,在此下段凹部兩側角隅對稱地形成有一個略呈橢圓形的開口部,以形成安裝排氣管的安裝部等。從俯視圖看,本體橫斷面以一相當大的曲率半徑朝側面方向彎曲,愈接近兩側曲率變大看起來略呈一個”U”字形輪廓,且沿該裙部下端往橫斷面方向(即底部)形成有一個直角型的突出部等。再從側視圖看,本體垂直方向之中端部形成一個朝向前方突出的稜部,其上端部及下端部則以一傾斜角度向後方退縮,及兩端沿圓弧形端部之內側各修飾有一個平行的圓弧形稜線等。如上述之後保險桿,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後保險桿」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is fixed on the lower edge of the rear of the car to protect the rear of the car from collisions and is also used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car.
