【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係固定在汽車尾部下緣,保護汽車尾部緩衝防撞用,同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種保險桿的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後保險桿」之新式樣。本新式樣後保險桿外觀主要特徵包括,本體上端部左右側形成一對略傾斜的突出部,於其角隅修飾一對略呈”八”字形的垂直方向脊線,一條位於高點的水平方向脊線沿該突出部下緣往左右方向延伸,本體下端部下緣形成一個往外側突出的空力構件,另一條位於低點的水平方向脊線沿此空力構件下緣往兩端延伸並介於兩輪弧之間,上述交互地凸出及凹入的脊線為一種新的設計哲學,使該後保險桿具有一非常動感的外表。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後保險桿」如附圖所示,從前視圖及立體圖觀察,本體上端相對於中端部係形成往內側方向凹入,約占總高度1/4之上端部兩側形成一對突出且往側面延伸之圓弧形的突出部,此突出部外側角略高呈傾斜狀用來承接在後車燈下緣,沿該突出部正面兩側角隅修飾一對略呈”八”字形的垂直方向脊線,及在該對突出部之間形成有一個低凹、略呈往左右拉長之”U”字形的凹部,用以承接在後廂蓋下方。本體中端約占總高度2/4之中端部相對於上端部形成較突出,沿此中端部上緣形成一條水平方向脊線並往側面延伸,且沿該脊線下方形成一個狹窄細長、用來裝設防撞飾條的安裝部,側視時該中端部表面以一曲率往下端方向逐漸凹進,前視時在中端部中央形成一個寬度約總寬度1/3、幾乎涵蓋整個中端部高度、略呈倒”梯形”狀用來懸掛牌照的凹部。本體下端約占總高度1/4之下端部,係承接在該中端部下緣驟然突出以形成一個空力構件,沿該下端部約1/2高度之中端修飾一條交互凸出及凹入的水平方向脊線,及在其一側下角形成有一個小型倒”U”字形的缺口部用來伸設排氣管等。從俯視圖觀察,本體橫斷面成彎曲狀,其兩端分別以一圓角朝側面彎曲及延伸,看起來略呈一”U”字形輪廓;再從側視圖觀察,上述水平方向脊線漸往側面逐漸變淡漸平滑,本體兩端對稱地形成有一個圓弧形端部,用來與後擋泥板共同構成一個圓弧形的輪弧部,並沿此輪弧部內側修飾有一道突出、平行於圓弧形端部之分明的脊線等。如上述之「汽車用後保險桿」,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後保險桿」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new item is fixed to the lower edge of the rear of the car to protect the rear of the car from collisions and is also used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car.
