【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係一種遊戲、把玩用之玩具車,同時也;是一種比例精準提供觀賞、收藏用之汽車模型。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種汽車模型的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種;新穎美觀「汽車模型」之新式樣。本新式樣汽車模型,外觀;主要特徵成斜背休旅型之設計,車頭前緣之大型氣壩及勁裝;律動的車身線條等都突顯出運動感十足,展現在外部鈑件上;之特性包括引擎蓋、前後防撞桿、前後擋泥板、前後側門、;窗台及輪圈等設計有若干犀利的脊線,該交互凸出及凹入的;脊線表現在外部鈑件上之特性為一種新的汽車設計哲學,使;車子具有非常動感的外表,把休旅型汽車之氣韻栩栩如生地;表露無遺。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,賦予視覺面和外;裝面豐富的穎異變化,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富;視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車模型」如附圖所示,從立體圖、前視圖;及俯視圖觀之,一個前傾連同護罩一體的引擎蓋覆設在車體;前端,該引擎蓋平面方向略呈梯形狀,沿其表面中央部兩側;對稱地修飾一對凹進略呈"八"字形的凹弧部,及沿此凹弧部;的周緣各形成一個封閉的凸起脊線;一個略呈倒梯形狀並配;置有一對橢圓形孔徑的護罩一體地垂伸在該引擎蓋前端,及;該橢圓形孔徑內部綴設有若干直瀑型的氣柵等。一對略低的;前擋泥板包覆在該引擎蓋左右側表面,該前擋泥板前端上部;配置一對外側端有圓角、內側端有銳角略呈一"豆莢"形的頭;燈,分別位於該橢圓形氣柵的左右側角隅,及該前擋泥板側;面表面上沿一個圓拱形輪弧凹部外緣形成一個凸出飽滿的輪;拱。一個前保險桿結合在上述引擎蓋及前擋泥板之下方,其;上部中央形成一個大型凹進略成向左右拉長之"U"字形的凹;部,並與護罩下緣之間形成一個狹長的空力孔徑,下部中央;包含一個鏤空、外緣修飾有脊線略呈倒"U"字形狀的框部(空;力構件),及保險桿的左右側對稱地配置一對大型略呈五角形;的空力孔徑,且在上述空力孔徑中分別配置有菱形碎花格柵;等。;從側視圖觀之,一個頂蓬自前擋風玻璃低斜地延伸、掠;過座艙部並形成一個斜背部,該座艙部側面各設計有一對;前、後門,其上部分別形成一個扇形前側窗、一對梯形與三;角形的後側窗,及前門前端上角隅各設有一對略呈梯形狀的;後視鏡。一對後擋泥鈑配置在車體後端部左右側,該後擋泥;鈑上端部除了包含一個略成梯形的角窗之外,下端部涵蓋大;部分表面形成一個圓拱形的輪弧部。又,車身側面前後輪弧;特別鼓出、輪廓格外分明,一條位於高點的脊線自前擋泥板;上端、沿前後門窗台下方延伸至尾燈,另一條位於低點的脊;線沿前後門中端介於前後輪弧之間等。從另一立體圖及後視;圖觀之,車體後端部成斜背設計,包含一個兩截式設計略呈";ㄟ"字形的後廂蓋介於兩後擋泥板之間,其上部包含一個略;呈"U"字形的後窗,下部為向下方垂直伸設的ㄩ形鈑件,及沿;兩者之間修飾有一突出橫越整個寬度的雙脊線,該ㄩ形鈑件;中央包含一個凹進略呈"U"字形的凹部,及左右側邊緣對稱地;配置一對高低階狀的尾燈等。一個突出大型略呈倒"U"字形的;後保險桿位於車體後端下部,該後保險桿下部除了兩側角隅;特別下下突出配置有一對圓形的排氣管之外,幾乎涵蓋整個;寬度形成一個向左右拉長之"U"字形的凹都,沿此凹部上緣修;飾成一突出犀利的脊線,及在該凹部中配置有一防撞板等。;此外,前、後輪分別配置有寬幅的車胎,並綴飾有5輻大徑距;的輪箍等。如上述之汽車模型,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎;特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車模型」,其藉由俐落、靈活舒;展的線條表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各;構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且;對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之;親和力與優質感,令人愛不釋手。[Item Usage] This new style item is a toy car for playing and playing, and is also a car model with accurate proportions for viewing and collection. The hood is slightly trapezoidal in the plane direction, and a pair of concave arcs slightly in the shape of an "eight" are symmetrically modified along both sides of the central part of the surface, and a closed convex ridge line is formed along the periphery of each of the concave arcs; a protective cover slightly in the shape of an inverted trapezoid and equipped with a pair of elliptical apertures is integrally extended vertically at the front end of the hood, and a number of straight waterfall-shaped air grilles are arranged inside the elliptical apertures. A pair of slightly lower front fenders are covered on the left and right side surfaces of the engine cover. A pair of headlights with rounded outer ends and sharp inner ends are arranged on the upper front end of the front fender, which are slightly in the shape of a "bean pod". They are respectively located at the left and right side corners of the elliptical air grille and on the side surface of the front fender to form a protruding and full wheel arch along the outer edge of a circular arch wheel arch concave portion. The rear bumper, except for a pair of round exhaust pipes protruding from the two side corners, almost covers the entire width to form a U-shaped concave elongated to the left and right. A sharp ridgeline is trimmed along the upper edge of the concave, and a bumper is arranged in the concave.
