Abstract

一種生理訊號監測裝置,包含一感測器,及一傳感器。該感測器用來植入一生物體皮下,以量測並輸出一生理訊號。該傳感器沿一第一軸向連接該感測器,該傳感器包括一頂殼、一底殼、一電路板、一處理單元、一電池,及一電連接部。該底殼具有至少一第一階級部、一第二階級部,及一段差部。該頂殼密封該底殼並界定出一內部空間。該電路板位於該內部空間,且承靠該第二階級部並朝該第一階級部延伸。該處理單元設置於該電路板,用來處理該生理訊號。該電池位於該內部空間,且電性連接該電路板,該電池及該處理單元的位置對應該第一階級部並於該第一軸向上不重疊。該電連接部設置於該第二階級部,供該感測器耦接至該電路板。藉此,本發明可有效縮減生理訊號監測裝置中傳感器的厚度。

Description

生理訊號監測裝置及其傳感器的組裝方法
本發明是有關於一種傳感裝置及其組裝方法,特別是指一種生理訊號監測裝置及其傳感器的組裝方法。
為了控制糖尿病病情或減少其併發症,控制血糖是非常重要的一環,而定期量測血糖並瞭解血糖濃度的變化趨勢,才能確保血糖濃度長期處於安全、穩定的水平。對於血糖濃度的測量,以往常見的做法是患者以穿刺裝置刺穿皮膚並採集血液,再利用感測試片配合檢測機器以電化學分析原理量測與計算所採集血液中的葡萄糖濃度。然而,一天需反覆多次的採血與檢測往往造成患者生活上的不便,故近二十年來以可植入體內進行連續性血糖監測(Continuous glucose monitoring,CGM)系統的發展最為迅速,用以實時且持續性地監控注射胰島素或服用藥物、飲食、運動對一整天血糖濃度的影響,進而提供治療及控制上更有效的幫助。而連續性血糖監測系統必須為使用者長時間配戴,但為了避免裝置在使用者穿脫衣物過程中被勾脫,並減少與外物碰撞的機會,薄型化是必然的趨勢。再者,連續性血糖監測系統中又以負責接收與傳送生理訊號的傳感器最為昂貴,是以如何在裝置微型化的前提下維持傳感器本身的結構穩定性與密封性亦為業界不斷追求的目標。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種薄型化生理訊號監測裝置及其傳感器的組裝方法。
於是,本發明生理訊號監測裝置適用於量測一生物體的一生理參數,包含一感測器,及一傳感器。該感測器用來植入該生物體皮下,以量測並輸出對應該生理參數的一生理訊號。該傳感器沿一第一軸向連接該感測器,該傳感器包括一底殼、一頂殼、一電路板、一處理單元、一電池,及一電連接部。
該底殼具有至少一第一階級部、一第二階級部,及一連接該第一階級部及該第二階級部的段差部,該第一階級部與該第二階級部於該第一軸向上相間隔。該頂殼密封該底殼並與該底殼共同界定出一內部空間。該電路板位於該內部空間,且至少承靠於該第二階級部並朝向該第一階級部的方向延伸。該處理單元設置於該電路板上且位置對應該第一階級部,用來處理該生理訊號。該電池位於該內部空間,且電性連接該電路板,該電池的位置對應該第一階級部並與該處理單元於該第一軸向上不重疊,以縮減該傳感器於該第一軸向上的厚度。該電連接部設置於該第二階級部,並供該感測器耦接至該電路板,以將該生理訊號傳輸至該處理單元。
此外,本發明生理訊號監測裝置的該傳感器的組裝方法,包含下列步驟。
(A) 將部分之該電路板沿該第一軸向貼合於該底殼的該第二階級部,使連接於該電路板的該處理單元及該電池的位置對應於該第一階級部。
(B) 將該頂殼沿該第一軸向面向該底殼並蓋合於該底殼,使該電路板、該電池及該處理單元位於該頂殼及該底殼所共同界定的該內部空間中。
(C) 該底殼還具有一連通外部及該內部空間的貫孔,由該底殼的該貫孔朝該內部空間灌入固化劑,以黏合該頂殼及該底殼,以及密封該內部空間,並固定該電池、該電路板及該處理單元之間的相對位置。
本發明之功效在於:藉由該底殼具有高低段差,利於該傳感器內部元件的平均配置,以及與外部元件的配合,而可有效的縮小該傳感器沿該第一軸向的厚度,此外,該組裝方法為層層疊合,並藉由灌入固化劑完成整體固定,不僅利於組裝檢查與穩定結構,更可減少所需的固定結構,而利於達到前述縮減傳感器厚度,進而縮小整體生理訊號監測裝置體積的目的,並利於維持該傳感器的密封性。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
再注意的是,本發明描述中,所用之術語「上」、「下」、「頂」、「底」僅用來便於表示元件之間的相對方位,並非限制各個元件實際使用之方向。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明生理訊號監測裝置之一實施例,適用於安裝至一生物體(圖未示)的皮表,並用於量測該生物體的一生理參數,具體而言,是量測該生物體中的一種分析物質,在本實施例中,該分析物質為葡萄糖,該生理訊號監測裝置用來量測人體組織間液(Interstitial Fluid,ISF)中的葡萄糖濃度,但在其他實施態樣中,不以此為限。
定義一第一軸向D1,及一垂直該第一軸向D1的第二軸向D2,但在其他實施態樣中該第一軸向D1及該第二軸向D2之間的夾角不限於90∘。
該生理訊號監測裝置包含一用於設置於該生物體皮表的底座1、一設置於該底座1的感測器2,及一沿該第一軸向D1可分離地蓋設於該底座1及連接該感測器2的傳感器3。該感測器2用來部分植入於該生物體皮下,以量測該生物體中的該分析物質,並傳送一對應該分析物質之數據的生理訊號至該傳感器3,該傳感器3用來將接收到的該生理訊號進行處理後,傳輸出至外部的一接收裝置100(見圖10),以利使用者進行該分析物質的監測。
該底座1包括一用來藉由一貼布200貼設於該生物體的體表的基壁11、一設置於該基壁11頂面的槽周壁12,及一設置於該基壁11頂面的第二卡合結構14。該基壁11具有一穿孔111。該槽周壁12圍繞出一供該感測器2設置的設置槽13。
參閱圖2及圖5,該感測器2包括一固定於該底座1的該設置槽13的固定座21,及一設置於該固定座21的感測試片22。該感測試片22包括一感測段221,及一訊號輸出段222,該感測段221穿過該底座1的該穿孔111,並用來植入該生物體的皮下,以量測與該分析物質相關的生理參數,該訊號輸出段222則連接該傳感器3,並將量測結果傳送至該傳感器3。具體而言,該感測試片22的表面設有複數電極(圖未示),且覆蓋有一分析感測層(圖未示),該分析感測層用來與該生物體中的該種分析物質進行反應,該等電極226用來以電訊號方式傳遞該分析感測層的反應結果。
參閱圖2、圖3、圖5,該傳感器3包括一頂殼31、一與該頂殼31共同界定出一內部空間30的底殼32、一位於該內部空間30且承靠於該底殼32的電路板33、一設置於該電路板33上的處理單元34、一位於該內部空間30且電性連接該電路板33的電池35、一設置於該底殼32並供該感測器2耦接至該電路板33的電連接部36、及一設置於該底殼32的第一卡合結構37,及一呈板狀且靠抵該電路板33頂面及該頂殼31之間的支撐件38。
在本實施例中,該頂殼31不具有貫穿自身頂面與底面的孔洞。由圖1可知,該傳感器3藉由該底座1設置於生物體皮表,且其係以該底殼32面對該底座1而容置於該底座1中並露出該頂殼31,藉此該頂殼31不僅用以密封該底殼32,更可避免外部液體輕易地經由其外露的頂面進入該傳感器3中,進而損毀相關的電子元件。
該底殼32具有至少一第一階級部321、一第二階級部322,及一連接該第一階級部321及該第二階級部322的段差部323,且該第二階級部322具體為藉由該段差部323而於該第一軸向上與該第一階級部321相間隔。於本實施例中,該等第一階級部321沿該第一軸向D1遠離該頂殼31,該第二階級部322沿該第一軸向D1靠近該頂殼31,使該底殼32面向下方的一側對應該第二階級部322的位置形成一朝向該頂殼凹陷的第一凹槽324,用以容置該感測器2之該固定座21,且該第一凹槽324於該第一軸向D1上的深度不大於該第二階級部322的頂面與該第一階級部321的底面於該第一軸向D1上的距離。具體地,該底殼32具有二第一階級部321,該等第一階級部321沿該第二軸向D2位於該第二階級部322的兩相反側,且其中一第一階級部321及該第二階級部322的頂面設有複數定位柱325。
參閱圖3及圖5,該電路板33至少承靠於該第二階級部322並朝向其中一第一階級部321的方向延伸。於本實施例中,該電路板33具有一承靠該第二階級部322的第一板體331,及一連接該第一板體331且承靠其中一第一階級部321的第二板體332。該第一板體331及該第二板體332具有複數套設於該等定位柱325的定位孔333。該第一板體331及該第二板體332沿著該第二階級部322、該段差部323級該第一階級部321呈階級狀,該處理單元34則設置於該第二板體332的頂面,即該處理單元34位於該第二板體332的及該頂殼31之間。參閱圖6,為本實施例的一變化態樣,於該變化態樣中,該電路板33’的該第一板體331及該第二板體332位於同平面,而不呈階級狀,該處理單元34則設置於該第二板體332的底面,而位於該第二板體332的底面與該底殼32的該第一階級部321之間。
該處理單元34與該電池35的位置皆對應該第一階級部321,且於該第一軸向D1上不重疊,以縮減該傳感器3於該第一軸向D1上的厚度。本實施例中,該處理單元34的位置對應該底殼32的其中一第一階級部321,並設置於該電路板33的該第二板體332,該電池35的位置則對應該底殼32的另一第一階級部321,並電性連接該電路板33的該第一板體331。此外,該電池35不限於圖5所示的鈕扣電池,亦可為一充電電池(圖未示),進而達到重複使用該傳感器3之目的。
參閱圖10,該處理單元34用來接收來自該感測試片22的一電訊號,並輸出一對應的葡萄糖值訊號。該處理單元34包括一訊號放大器341、一量測與計算模組342,及一通訊模組343。該訊號放大器341用來接收並放大該電訊號。該量測與計算模組342將該放大的電訊號轉換為一對應的數位訊號,並將該數位訊號轉換為該葡萄糖值訊號。該通訊模組343用來將該葡萄糖值訊號藉由一天線(圖未示)傳送至外部的接收裝置100,該量測與計算模組342可包括一類比數位訊號轉換器及一處理器,該通訊模組343可為無線傳輸。而以上僅為該處理單元34的簡單示例說明,本領域通常知識者當能自行變化或擴充細節,故不再贅述。可以理解的是,本實施例所指的生理訊號,為前述電訊號、數位訊號、葡萄糖值訊號等訊號的統稱。
參閱圖2、圖3及圖7,該電連接部36設置於該第二階級部322,並供該感測試片22的訊號輸出段222耦接至該電路板33,以將該生理訊號傳輸至該處理單元34。該電連接部36沿該第一軸向D1凸出該第二階級部322的底面,但不凸出該第一階級部321的底面,且具體地該電連接部36位於該第一凹槽324內。該電連接部36具有一沿該第一軸向D1向下開放以供該感測器2插設的插孔361,及複數開設於該第二階級部322頂面且側向連通該插孔361的容槽362,且該電路板33位在該電連接部36的該插孔361的上方,即具體地位於該感測器2與該頂殼31之間。每一容槽362內部各設有一導電件363,該導電件363向上電性接觸該電路板33,且側向電性接觸該感測試片22的該訊號輸出段222,而利於縮減沿該第一軸向D1所需的空間。
於本實施例中,該電連接部36與該底殼32一體成形,但參閱圖8及圖9,在另一變化態樣中,該電連接部36’也可以是電連接器的形式,設置於該電路板33的該第一板體331的底面,並向下穿設於該底殼32。
該第一卡合結構37設置於該底殼32的該第二階級部322的底面與該第一階級部321的底面之間。參閱圖2及圖7,該底殼32面向下方的一側對應該第二階級部322的位置還形成有另一朝向該頂殼凹陷的第二凹槽326,本實施例的該第一卡合結構37可為位於該第二凹槽326內,且具體地為由第二凹槽326的槽周面凸出的卡勾。然而,第一卡合結構37的態樣僅需能夠配合後續安裝之底座上的第一卡合結構14,故雖未圖示,在其他實施例中亦可將第一卡合結構37改為設置於第二凹槽326的槽周面上的孔槽。當該傳感器3蓋設於該底座1時,該等第二卡合結構14至少部分嵌入該等第一卡合結構37中。
參閱圖3,該支撐件38除可用以固定該電路板33的該第一板體331及該底殼32之間的相對位置外,更可保護該電路板33與強化其結構強度。於本實施例中,該支撐件38的位置沿該第一軸向D1對應該第二階級部322,並以背膠39(如圖3)或黏著劑39’(如圖4)等方式黏合於該電路板33的頂面,此外,該支撐件38的兩相反端可沿著該第一軸向D1朝向該底殼延伸而形成二勾合部381(圖3可看見其中一端所形成的該勾合部381),該等勾合部381勾合於該底殼32。參閱圖4,在另一變化態樣中,該支撐件38’也可以省略該等勾合部381,而僅黏合該電路板33。此外,該支撐件38也可以僅勾合該底殼32,而不黏合該電路板33。以上態樣皆可達到固定該電路板33的作用。
參閱圖5,該傳感器3的該內部空間30填充有固化劑5,以黏合該頂殼31及該底殼32,以及固定該電池35、該電路板33及該處理單元34,並密封該內部空間30。如此,可提升該傳感器的機械強度,使其更加牢固不易變形並具有防摔防震等功能,同時,可減少該傳感器3內部所需的定位結構及固定結構,而有利空間的精簡運用。於本實施例中,該固化劑5為環氧樹脂(Epoxy),但該固化劑亦可為矽膠(Silicone),本發明不以此為限。經由上述說明可知,該傳感器3藉由該底殼32的具有高低段差,配合該處理單元34及該電池35於該第一軸向D1不相重疊,以及配合該第一卡合結構37不凸出該等第一階級部321的底面,可有效縮小該傳感器3沿該第一軸向D1的厚度,且具體地該傳感器3於該第一軸向D1上之厚度小於4mm。
此外,參閱圖2、圖5及圖7,該傳感器3沿該第一軸向D1設置於該底座1的該基壁11頂面,該底殼32的該第一階級部321趨近該基壁11,該第二階級部322則與該基壁11沿該第一軸向D1相間隔,而形成一配置區間4。該底座1的該槽周壁12位於該配置區間4,該傳感器3的該第一卡合結構37及該底座1的該第二卡合結構14相互卡合,且位於該配置區間4。藉此可縮小該傳感器3與該底座1組合時沿該第一軸向D1的整體厚度。
另外,該感測器2之該固定座21則容置該第一階級部321的底面及該第二階級部322的底面之間,且該感測器2的該感測段221凸出該第一階級部321底面,該感測段221用於植入該生物體的皮下,藉此可縮小該傳感器3與該感測器2組合時沿該第一軸向D1的整體厚度。
此外,由於該傳感器3的頂殼31不具有貫穿的孔洞,並以該底殼32的該第二階級部322來連接該感測器2,以及卡合該底座1,因此,僅需選擇性地於該第二階級部322、該感測器2與該底座1處進行密封件的配置,即可防止外部液體進入該傳感器3,而利於維持該傳感器3的密封性。
而本發明生理訊號監測裝置中的該傳感器3的組裝方法,包含下列步驟:
步驟一:將該等導電件363分別由該底殼32的頂面放入該等容槽362內。
步驟二:將該電路板33的該第一板體331沿該第一軸向D1貼合於該底殼32的該第二階級部322,並使連接於該電路板33的該處理單元34及該電池35的位置對應於該第一階級部321。詳細來說,步驟二可利用背膠39或/及黏著劑39’來完成。當如圖3使用背膠39結合該支撐件38至該電路板33的頂面時,背膠39需預留連通至該電連接部36的開孔,但可進一步密封在射出成形該底殼32時為設置該等第一卡合結構37所留下的二孔洞328(參閱圖3,雖圖未示出,但該等孔洞328可用背膠等方式覆蓋密封,但該等孔洞328僅為製造時所留下,在其他實施態樣中也可以不具有該等孔洞328)。當如圖4使用黏合劑39’結合該支撐件38’至該電路板33的頂面時,則是在該第二階級部322的頂面點上適量的黏合劑39’,且具體為在不影響該感測器2與該電路板33間的耦接或是其他定位功能的部份,再將該電路板33的該第一板體331貼合至該第二階級部322。此外,在步驟二之後更可施加一壓力至該電路板33之該第一板體331上以確保該電路板33與該底殼32間的結合強度。
步驟三:將一呈板狀的支撐件38靠抵於該電路板33的該第一板體331的頂面,並利用背膠39及/或黏著劑39'等方式使該支撐件38貼合至該電路板33的該第一板體331的頂面,並與該底殼32勾合,如圖3所示。參閱圖4,在另一變化例中,該支撐件38’也可以僅黏合於該電路板33,此外,雖圖未示,該支撐件38也可以僅勾合該底殼32,本發明不欲以上述任一實施例為限。同樣地,在步驟三之後更可施加一壓力至該支撐件38上以確保該支撐件38與該電路板33間的結合強度。補充說明的是,該支撐件38也可以在組裝前,即預先和該電路板33的該第一板體331黏合,或以其他方式整合。
步驟四:將該頂殼31沿該第一軸向D1面向該底殼32並蓋合於該底殼32,使該電路板33、該電池35及該處理單元34位於該頂殼31及該底殼32所共同界定的該內部空間30中。
步驟五:該底殼32還具有一位於其中一第一階級部321且連通外部及該內部空間30的貫孔327,且於本步驟中可經由該貫孔327朝該內部空間30灌入前述固化劑5。待灌入的固化劑5固化後,即可進一步完成該底殼32及該頂殼31間的黏合,同時固定該電池35、該電路板33及該處理單元34之間的相對位置,並密封該內部空間30。具體地,該貫孔327可相鄰該電池35,並於本步驟中先將該傳感器3直立,使該處理單元34位於該電池35的下方,接著,經由該貫孔327朝該內部空間30灌入固化劑5,使固化劑5朝該內部空間30中對應該處理單元34的位置開始沉積。此時,若欲重複利用該電池35,則可控制固化劑5沉積的高度並使其低於該電池35,但本發明不以此為限。
而藉由上述組裝方法,不僅便於層層組裝,以及組裝時的檢查,更可有效增加整體裝置的結構強度,同時可減少該傳感器3內部所需的固定結構,有效縮減該傳感器3的厚度,進而達成整體裝置微型化的目的。
綜上所述,本發明生理訊號監測裝置及該傳感器3的組裝方法,藉由該底殼32具有高低段差,利於該傳感器3內部元件的平均配置,以及與外部元件的配合,而可有效的縮小該傳感器3沿該第一軸向D1的厚度,此外,該組裝方法為層層疊合,並藉由灌入固化劑完成整體固定,不僅利於組裝檢查,且可減少所需的固定結構,而利於體積縮小,並利於維持該傳感器3的密封性,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (19)

  1. 一種生理訊號監測裝置,適用於量測一生物體的一生理參數,包含: 一感測器,用來植入該生物體皮下,以量測並輸出對應該生理參數的一生理訊號; 一傳感器,沿一第一軸向連接該感測器,該傳感器包括 一底殼,具有至少一第一階級部、一第二階級部,及一連接該第一階級部及該第二階級部的段差部,該第一階級部與該第二階級部於該第一軸向上相間隔; 一頂殼,密封該底殼並與該底殼共同界定出一內部空間; 一電路板,位於該內部空間,且至少承靠於該第二階級部並朝向該第一階級部的方向延伸; 一處理單元,設置於該電路板上且位置對應該第一階級部,用來處理該生理訊號; 一電池,位於該內部空間,且電性連接該電路板,該電池的位置對應該第一階級部並與該處理單元於該第一軸向上不重疊,以縮減該傳感器於該第一軸向上的厚度;及 一電連接部,設置於該第二階級部,並供該感測器耦接至該電路板,以將該生理訊號傳輸至該處理單元。
  2. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器的該底殼的第一階級部沿該第一軸向遠離該頂殼,該第二階級部沿該第一軸向靠近該頂殼。
  3. 如請求項2所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器的該電連接部沿該第一軸向凸出該第二階級部的底面,且不凸出該第一階級部的底面。
  4. 如請求項2所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器的該電連接部具有一沿該第一軸向向下開放以供該感測器插設的插孔,及複數開設於該第二階級部頂面且側向連通該插孔的容槽,每一容槽內部各設有一導電件,每一導電件向上電性接觸該電路板,且側向電性接觸該感測器。
  5. 如請求項4所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器的該電路板在該電連接部的該插孔上方,且位於該感測器與該頂殼之間。
  6. 如請求項2所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器的該底殼面向下方的一側對應該第二階級部的位置形成有一用以容置該感測器的凹槽,且該凹槽於該第一軸向上的深度不大於該第二階級部的頂面與該第一階級部的底面於該第一軸向上的距離。
  7. 如請求項2所述的生理訊號監測裝置,還包含一供該感測器設置並用來貼設於該生物體皮表的底座,該傳感器沿該第一軸向設置於該底座,且該傳感器還具有一卡固於該底座的第一卡合結構,該第一卡合結構設置於該底殼的該第二階級部的底面與該第一階級部的底面之間。
  8. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器於該第一軸向上之厚度小於4mm。
  9. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號監測裝置,還包含一供該感測器設置並用來貼設於該生物體皮表的底座,該底座包括一基壁,該傳感器沿該第一軸向設置於該基壁頂面,且該第一階級部趨近該基壁,該第二階級部與該基壁沿該第一軸向相間隔,而形成一配置區間。
  10. 如請求項10所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該底座還具有一設置於該基壁頂面的槽周壁,該槽周壁圍繞出一供該感測器設置的設置槽,該槽周壁位於該配置區間。
  11. 如請求項10所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該底座包括至少一設置於該基壁頂面的第二卡合結構,該傳感器還包括至少一設置於該第二階級部底面與該第一階級部底面之間的第一卡合結構,該第一卡合結構及該第二卡合結構相互卡合且位於該配置區間。
  12. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器的該底殼具有二第一階級部,該等第一階級部沿一第二軸向位於該第二階級部的兩相反側,該處理單元的位置對應於該等第一階級部的其中一者,該電池的位置則對應於該等第一階級部的另一者。
  13. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器的該内部空間填充有固化劑,以黏合該頂殼及該底殼,以及固定該電池、該電路板及該處理單元,並密封該內部空間。
  14. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該電路板對應該第二階級部、該段差部及該第一階級部成階級狀,並承靠於該第二階級部及該第一階級部,該處理單元設置於該電路板與該頂殼之間。
  15. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該傳感器還包括一支撐件,該支撐件的位置沿該第一軸向對應該第二階級部,並靠抵該電路板的頂面及該頂殼之間。
  16. 如請求項1所述的生理訊號監測裝置,其中,該頂殼不具有貫穿其自身頂面與底面的孔洞。
  17. 一種如請求項1所述之傳感器的組裝方法,包含下列步驟: (A) 將部分之該電路板沿該第一軸向貼合於該底殼的該第二階級部,使連接於該電路板的該處理單元及該電池的位置對應於該第一階級部; (B) 將該頂殼沿該第一軸向面向該底殼並蓋合於該底殼,使該電路板、該電池及該處理單元位於該頂殼及該底殼所共同界定的該內部空間中; (C) 該底殼還具有一連通外部及該內部空間的貫孔,由該底殼的該貫孔朝該內部空間灌入固化劑,以黏合該頂殼及該底殼,以及密封該內部空間,並固定該電池、該電路板及該處理單元之間的相對位置。
  18. 如請求項18所述的傳感器的組裝方法,其中,該傳感器的該底殼的該貫孔位於該第一階級部,且相鄰該電池,於該步驟(C)中,在灌入該固化劑之前,將該傳感器直立,使該處理單元位於該電池的下方,而該固化劑朝該內部空間中對應該處理單元的位置開始沉積。
  19. 如請求項18所述的傳感器的組裝方法,其中,於該步驟(A)及步驟(B)之間還包括一步驟(A’),該步驟(A’)將一支撐件沿該第一軸向對應該底殼的該第二階級部結合於該電路板的頂面。
