慢性病症(如糖尿病、慢性心血管疾病)的患者,需要日常性的监测某些生理参数(例如血糖、血脂肪、胆固醇浓度或其他参数)的数据变化,以有效的控制病情以免恶化,并且获得及时的治疗。
但是,许多生理数据需要经由侵入式方法获得。另外,为了有效地进行监测,有必要每天获取多个测量数据。以血糖测量为例,传统的血糖测量通常使用试纸及血糖仪,藉由测量血液中的葡萄糖与试纸中的葡萄糖氧化酶反应产生的电流量来获得血糖浓度。这种测量方式需要每日从指尖采血,将血液滴入试纸,以获得单次的血糖数据。当患者需要取得多个测量数据时,又必须经历反复采血的不适。此外,对于血糖波动较大的患者而言,瞬间血糖值不足以为医生提供准确的用药依据。
为了避免由于多次抽血或提取体液而引起的患者不适,本领域的一些技术人员倾向于使用植入在皮下组织中相对较长时间的小型感测组件,以匹配具有信号处理能力且可重复使用的信号处理组件。由于无需每日移除此感测组件,并且可以随时收集和分析诸如血糖、血脂、胆固醇浓度或其他可以提供生理参数的数据,因此可以提供实时的生理数据监测。因此,需要一种可长期植入皮下的薄型化生理信号监测装置。
发明内容

本发明将可由下列实施例说明而得到充分了解,使本领域技术人员可以根据实施例来实施本发明,然而本发明的实施并非可由下列实施例而被限制其实施型态。应注意,在以下的说明中,类似的组件是以相同的编号来表示。
本发明的生理信号监测装置是用于测量生物流体中的分析物的生理信号。本文中所使用的用语“生物流体”是指血液、间质液、脑脊髓液、淋巴液等生物体液。
本文中所使用的用语“分析物”是指上述生物体液中可反映生物体的生理状况的物质,包括但不限于糖、蛋白质、脂肪、胆固醇、维生素、激素或其他存在于生物体液中的物质。文中所使用的用语“生理信号”是指上述分析物的含量或浓度等数据。在一个实施例中,生理信号为人体中的葡萄糖浓度,优选为间质液中的葡萄糖浓度。在某些实施例中,天然存在于生物体液中或是内源的代谢产物、抗原、抗体等的含量或浓度也可构成生理信号。替代性地,生理信号也可以是被引入体内的或是外源物质的含量或浓度,例如,化学试剂、药物、医药组合物或医药组合物的代谢产物的浓度。在一个实施例中,外源物质可为胰岛素或胰高血糖素。
请参阅图1,其为本发明的生理信号监测装置1的透视图。本发明的生理信号监测装置1包括底座10、支架20(未示出)、发射器30及传感器40(未示出)。底座10可固定于生物体(例如人体)的皮肤表面;传感器40固定于支架20;支架20结合于底座10上;发射器30可拆卸地设置于支架20上。
请参阅图2A,其为本发明的生理信号监测装置1的透视分解图。由图中可见底座10、承载传感器40的支架20及发射器30之间的对应位置。当用户安装生理信号监测装置1时,首先要将底座10固定于皮肤表面,并使用额外的植入装置(未示出)将支架20与底座10卡合,以将支架20中的传感器40植入于皮下。在移除植入装置后,支架20与底座10结合并固定于使用者的皮肤表面。发射器30盖设于底座10上,并与传感器40电连接,以接收来自传感器40的生理信号并将该生理信号传输至外部装置。为了显示发射器30与底座10结合的方向,图2A中显示了发射器30的上表面30A。
请参阅图2B,其为本发明的生理信号监测装置1的另一透视分解图。为了更清楚了解底座10、支架20与发射器30之间的对应结构,图2B中显示了发射器30的下表面30B。发射器30的下表面30B上设置有第一凹槽34及一对第二凹槽36,第一凹槽34用于容纳支架20及底座10的设置槽14,而第二凹槽36用于容纳底座10的一对第一卡合件16。每个第二凹槽36内部设置有第二卡合件38,第二卡合件38的位置与第一卡合件16的位置互相对应。当发射器30与底座10结合时,每个第二凹槽36的第二卡合件38卡合于其对应的第一卡合件16。以下将依序说明各主要结构中的组件。
请继续参阅图2A及图2B,首先说明底座10的结构。底座10包括贴片11、贯通孔12、底座本体13、设置槽14、第一对合件15、一对第一卡合件16、两个定位柱17及第一弹性体18。贴片11设置于底座10的底面,用于贴合生物体皮肤表面。贴片11中包括防水材料,用于防止污水经由贴片11渗透而接触伤口,进而避免伤口感染的风险。贯通孔12贯穿地设置于设置槽14,用于使传感器40的信号检测端44植入于生物体皮下。设置槽14用于容纳支架20。底座本体13具有底座边缘,该底座边缘对应于发射器30的边缘形状,第一对合件15设置于底座边缘上。当发射器30盖设于底座10上时,第一对合件15与发射器30上的第二对合件32相对合。第一对合件15及第二对合件32为防呆组件,当用户将发射器30盖设于底座10时,可经由外观分辨其安装的方向而达到防呆的效果。该对第一卡合件16凸设于底座本体13的顶面并且分别对应于发射器30上的第二凹槽36,用于与发射器30的底部卡合。当支架20结合于底座10上时,两个定位柱17容纳于支架20底部的定位孔26(如图7A及图7B所示),且第一弹性体18设置于设置槽14的边缘与支架20形成干涉配合,藉此提供支架20在底座10上的限位及固定。
如图2B所示,每个第一卡合件16包括卡合部16A。每一个卡合部16A对应于发射器30的第二凹槽36中的第二卡合件38。当卡合部16A受外力推压时,每一个卡合部16A朝远离各自的第二卡合件38的方向旋转,使第一卡合件16与第二卡合件38分离。
第一弹性体18被设置于底座10顶面的设置槽14上,且利用弹性材料与底座本体13双料注射成型,与具较硬材质的支架20形成干涉配合。在一个实施例中,第一弹性体18环设于设置槽14上以形成凹槽,以容纳支架20。优选地,第一弹性体18设置于设置槽14的槽周壁的内侧表面、外侧表面及顶面。在另一实施例中,第一弹性体18分散地设置于设置槽14上以界定固定区,使支架20容纳于固定区中。优选地,第一弹性体18分散地设置于设置槽14的槽周壁的内侧表面、外侧表面及顶面。
如图3及图4所示,端口342还包括位于发射器30中的印刷电路板33,印刷电路板33包括透孔332,传感器40的顶端容纳于透孔332中,以减少发射器30与支架20连接所需的高度。透孔332至少部分地穿透印刷电路板33。
接下来说明支架20的结构。请参阅图5A、图5B及图6,其分别为本发明生理信号监测装置1的支架20的透视图、透视分解图及剖视图。支架20具有容纳槽22,容纳槽22用以在其内容纳传感器40,其中传感器40为片状传感器。传感器40具有信号输出端42、信号检测端44及连接信号输出端42与信号检测端44的连接段46,其中信号输出端42容纳于容纳槽22中且部分地凸出于容纳槽22,用于与发射器30的端口342电连接并输出生理信号至发射器30,而信号检测端44植入于生物体皮下,以检测生理信号。容纳槽22的壁面与传感器40之间具有间隔S1、S2,以容纳发射器30的对应结构。如图2B及图4所示,发射器30的下表面30B上具有第一凹槽34,且第一凹槽34中设置有具有插槽344的端口342。端口342相对于支架20的容纳槽22凸出并容纳于容纳槽22中,使传感器40插入端口342中的插槽344,使信号输出端42电连接于该端口342,使端口342互补地容纳于容纳槽22的间隔S1及S2中。藉由前述传感器40的结构与支架20空间设置上的配合,本发明所提供的支架20可适用于薄型化设计。
支架20还具有植入孔24,其中植入孔24对应于底座10上的贯通孔12,与贯通孔12共同形成传感器40的植入通道,该植入通道用来供植入装置的植针(图未示)穿设,并将该传感器40的信号检测端44植入该生物体的皮下组织。植入孔24贯穿支架20的上表面及下表面且与容纳槽22互相连通,以容纳传感器40的一部分。
请参阅图3、图6、图7A、图7B及图8,如图6、图7A及图7B所示,支架20具有固定传感器40的固定槽27,其中固定槽27与容纳槽22连通,植入孔24及容纳槽22藉由固定槽27而互相连通。由于传感器40具有转折形状,信号输出端42容纳于容纳槽22中,信号检测端44沿植入孔24的轴向往下延伸,因而穿设于支架20。植入孔24与容纳槽22位于两个不同的竖直轴向(如图6虚轴线所示),使传感器40的信号检测端44以及信号输出端42分别位于植入孔24及容纳槽22的竖直轴向上。
支架20还具有第二弹性体25,第二弹性体25包括防水密封件25A、横隔弹性件25B及阻隔件25C。防水密封件25A设置于植入孔24上方,优选地为凸出设置于植入孔24的外缘,以抵靠于发射器30来形成防水密封结构。防水密封件25A对应于发射器30的端口342的配合部346(如图2B所示),该配合部346互补地与防水密封件25A干涉配合(如图3所示),以形成互补式的防水密封结构,来避免来自外界的液体从发射器30与底座10之间渗入而影响发射器30的电气性能以及传感器40的检测灵敏度。藉由上述防水设计,使用者无需担心外部液体或汗水对本发明生理信号监测装置1产生影响。在配戴本发明生理信号监测装置1时,用户仍可进行如沐浴及运动等一般的日常活动。
横隔弹性件25B设置于植入孔24内,并位于植入孔24与贯通孔12所界定的植入通道上方,以分隔植入孔24,并布满植入孔24的截面积。藉由横隔弹性件25B的设计,当植入装置的植针穿过横隔弹性件25B并带动信号检测端44植入皮下并回抽收回后,横隔弹性件25B因其本身弹性力而将被植针穿刺的孔洞回复紧闭,避免经由植入通道回流的血液往发射器30的方向渗出而造成使用者可能的不适感。
为了防止血液经由植入通道回流并损坏发射器30内的电子组件,本发明在底座10的贯通孔12上设置密封件12A,并在支架20的植入孔24中设置横隔弹性件25B,以分别密封贯通孔12与植入孔24。密封件12A及横隔弹性件25B的设置使得从生物体皮表的植入处渗出的血液,无法经由上述植入通道渗透进入发射器30,以避免该发射器30内部的电子组件受到污损。密封件12A及横隔弹性件25B的材质可为弹性体(如橡胶),故可在植针抽出后密合并紧抵传感器40的信号检测端44以维持装置内部的密封性。再者,倘若支架20的底部经由灌胶或任一密封形式密封时,也可省略密封件12A。在其他实施例中,可以设置密封件12A及横隔弹性件25B中的一个。
阻隔件25C设置于植入孔24与固定槽27之间,用以保持传感器40的连接段46以固定传感器40。在本发明中,防水密封件25A及横隔弹性件25B的材质为橡胶,但也可以为其他防止液体渗漏的弹性材质,而不限于此。阻隔件25C可为弹性件或非弹性件。在一个实施例中,防水密封件25A、横隔弹性件25B及阻隔件25C为一体成型件且嵌设于植入孔24中。在其它实施例中,防水密封件25A、横隔弹性件25B及阻隔件25C也可以是彼此独立的组件。
如图7A、图7B及图8所示,支架20的底部设置有多个限位件29,这些限位件29设置于容纳槽22以及固定槽27之间,以止挡传感器40。多个限位件29可包括至少一钩部29A及抵止部29B。当将传感器40由固定槽27插入支架20时,传感器40的信号输出端42设置并凸出于容纳槽22,连接段46连接信号检测端44并设置于固定槽27,且信号检测端44从植入孔24延伸。此外,限位件29的钩部29A用于对连接段46提供限位的功能,而限位件29的抵止部29B用于保持连接段46。在不影响钩部29A及抵止部29B的功能的情况下,本发明的多个限位件29可呈交错设置或对称设置。
将传感器40固定于支架20后,接下来进一步密封支架20的底部。本发明藉由在支架20的固定槽27中设置填充体(图7A、图7B、图8及图9中以点状标示的区域),用于固定传感器40,并防止外部液体由该底座10的贯通孔12,流向该发射器30及该支架20之间。根据本发明第一实施例,支架20的底部是以胶体28填充。如图9所示,将外型与容纳槽22相配合的夹具50,由支架20的顶面插入容纳槽22,并夹紧传感器40的信号输出端42,以确保胶体28不溢出。将胶体28由支架20的底面注入固定槽27。具体的,胶体28可注满固定槽27并受到阻隔件25C的阻挡而不溢入植入孔24。但实质上灌胶程度可视所需密封性及其它组件构造来改变,本发明不限于所述实施例。待胶体28凝固后,移除夹具50。
根据本发明第二实施例,支架20为一体注射成型件。例如,支架20于注射成型时直接包覆传感器40,以将传感器40部分地封装于支架20内。图10B显示沿图10A中虚线的剖视图。在此实施例中,可省略限位件29以及阻隔件25C。
图11A为根据本发明第三实施例的支架20的透视图,而图11B显示沿图11A中虚线的剖视图。根据本发明第三实施例,支架20的底部是藉由在固定槽27中填充嵌入件20A的方式来替代灌胶,达到密封支架20的底部及固定传感器40的作用。优选地,嵌入件20A为底盖。
藉由以上详细说明,可了解本发明的生理信号监测装置1相较于现有技术具有以下优点:
1.薄型化设计
如图6所示,为了配合传感器40的转折形状,支架20的植入孔24与容纳槽22位于两个不同的竖直轴向并相互连通,使传感器40得以穿设于支架20。藉由前述传感器40的结构与支架20的空间设置上的配合,本发明所提供的支架20可适用于薄型化设计。
在发射器30与支架20的组装部分,发射器30的端口342容纳于支架20的容纳槽22的间隔S1中。此外,由于传感器40的信号输出端42部分地突出于支架20的容纳槽22中,使支架20的顶端低于信号输出端42的顶端,藉此信号输出端42凸出于支架20并容纳于端口342的插槽344以及印刷电路板33的透孔332中(如图3及图4所示)。藉由上述互补式的结构设计达到薄型化以及可拆卸的目的。
2.防水密封效果
本发明中设置于支架20的植入孔24中的第二弹性体25包括防水密封件25A及横隔弹性件25B,其中防水密封件25A抵靠于发射器30来形成防水密封结构,避免来自外界的液体从发射器30与底座10之间渗入而影响发射器30的电气性能以及传感器40的检测灵敏度,而横隔弹性件25B设置于该植入孔24内,并对应植入孔24与贯通孔12所界定的植入通道上方,避免经由植入通道回流的血液往发射器30的方向渗出。
3.传感器固定效果
本发明的支架20用以承载传感器40,除了以填充体填充固定槽27来固定传感器40之外,还利用支架20的底部设置的多个限位件29来固定传感器40。此外,第二弹性体25的阻隔件25C保持传感器40的连接段46以固定传感器40。因此,本发明通过填充体、限位件29及阻隔件25C的限位固定手段来使传感器40更加稳固地承载于支架20上。
虽然本发明以优选实施例披露如上,然而其并非用以限定本发明的范围,本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内所作的变动与修改,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围

Claims (17)

1.一种生理信号监测装置,其用于植入皮下以测量生物流体的分析物的生理信号,包括:
传感器,其具有信号检测端及信号输出端,其中所述信号检测端用于植入皮下以检测所述生理信号,而所述信号输出端用于输出所述生理信号;
发射器,其具有端口,以连接所述传感器的所述信号输出端并用来接收所述生理信号,所述端口凸出地配置于所述发射器的底部;以及
支架,其用于承载所述传感器,所述支架包括:
植入孔,其是用于植入所述传感器的植入通道,并容纳所述传感器的一部分;以及
容纳凹槽,其用于容纳所述传感器的所述信号输出端,其中所述信号输出端与所述容纳凹槽的壁面之间具有间隔,所述间隔用于互补地容纳所述发射器的所述端口于所述容纳凹槽内,使所述信号输出端电连接于所述端口。
2.如权利要求1所述的生理信号监测装置,还包括底座,其中所述支架包括两个定位孔,且所述底座包括两个定位柱,所述两个定位柱容设于所述两个定位孔内。
3.如权利要求1所述的生理信号监测装置,其中所述支架还包括防水密封件,所述防水密封件设置于所述植入孔上方,以抵靠于所述发射器形成防水密封结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的生理信号监测装置,其中所述支架还包括横隔弹性件,所述横隔弹性件设置于所述植入孔内,以分隔所述植入孔,并布满所述植入孔的截面积。
5.如权利要求4所述的生理信号监测装置,其中所述横隔弹性件设置于所述植入孔内的所述传感器上方。
6.如权利要求1所述的生理信号监测装置,其中所述支架包括限位件,以止挡所述传感器。
7.如权利要求6所述的生理信号监测装置,其中所述限位件包括钩部或抵止部。
8.如权利要求1所述的生理信号监测装置,其中所述端口还包括插槽,且所述支架的顶端低于所述传感器的所述信号输出端,藉此所述信号输出端从所述支架凸出并容纳于所述端口的所述插槽内。
9.如权利要求1所述的生理信号监测装置,其中所述植入孔与所述容纳凹槽分别位于不同的竖直轴向。
10.一种支架,其承载传感器,以测量生物流体中的分析物的生理信号,其中所述传感器具有信号检测端及信号输出端,所述支架包括:
植入孔,其是用于植入所述传感器的植入通道,并容纳所述传感器的一部分;以及
容纳凹槽,其用于容纳所述传感器的所述信号输出端,其中所述信号输出端与所述容纳凹槽的壁面之间具有间隔。
11.如权利要求10所述的支架,其中所述支架还包括防水密封件,所述防水密封件设置于所述植入孔上方。
12.如权利要求10所述的支架,其中所述支架还包括横隔弹性件,所述横隔弹性件设置于所述植入孔内,以分隔所述植入孔,并布满所述植入孔的截面积。
13.如权利要求12所述的支架,其中所述横隔弹性件设置于所述植入孔内的所述传感器上方。
14.如权利要求10所述的支架,其中所述支架包括限位件,以止挡所述传感器。
15.如权利要求14所述的支架,其中所述限位件包括钩部或抵止部。
16.如权利要求10所述的支架,其中所述植入孔与所述容纳凹槽分别位于不同的竖直轴向。
17.一种支架,其承载传感器,以测量生物流体中的分析物的生理信号,其中所述传感器具有信号检测端及信号输出端,所述支架包括:
植入孔,其是用于植入所述传感器的植入通道,并容纳所述传感器的一部分;
容纳凹槽,其用于容纳所述传感器的所述信号输出端,其中
所述信号输出端与所述容纳凹槽的壁面之间具有间隔;
防水密封件,其设置于所述植入孔上方;以及
横隔弹性件,其设置于所述植入孔内,以分隔所述植入孔,并布满所述植入孔的截面积。
