Abstract

نظام وطريقة لإنتاج الهيدروجين hydrogen من الهيدروكربون hydrocarbon والبخار steam ، تتضمن مهذب غشائي membrane reformer مع مفاعلات غشائية متعددة multiple membrane reactors لكل منها غشاء أنبوبي tubular membrane. حفرة الغشاء الأنبوبي bore of the tubular membrane عبارة الجانب النفاذ permeate side للهيدروجين hydrogen. المنطقة الخارجية region external للغشاء الأنبوبي tubular membrane عبارة عن الجانب المحتبس لثاني أكسيد الكربون carbon dioxide. يتدفق غاز الكسح sweep gas عبر الحفرة ليحل محل الهيدروجين hydrogen في اتجاه معاكس لتدفق الهيدروكربون hydrocarbon والبخار steam في المنطقة الخارجية region external للغشاء الأنبوبي tubular membrane. تتضمن الطريقة تفريغ الهيدروجين hydrogen كنفاذ مع غاز الكسح sweep gas من الحفرة bore ، وتفريغ ثاني أكسيد الكربون carbon dioxide في المنطقة الخارجية للغشاء الأنبوبي tubular membrane كمحتبس من المفاعل الغشائي membrane reactor. شكل 7.
