Изобретение относится к способам получения обогащенного изофлавоном растительного белкового изолята, при которых для обеспечения повышенного содержания изофлавонов в изоляте контролируют массовое соотношение материала и экстрагирующего раствора и исключают (или сводят к минимуму) стадию отмывки белкового творожистого осадка, осажденного кислотой.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к способам получения обогащенного изофлавоном растительного белкового изолята, при которых для обеспечения повышенного содержания изофлавонов в изоляте контролируют массовое соотношение материала и экстрагирующего раствора и исключают (или сводят к минимуму) стадию отмывки белкового творожистого осадка, осажденного кислотой.
