Claims (18)
1. Соединение, имеющее структуру формулы VIIa:
где R84 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, низшего алкокси, -ОН и -Cl;
R92, R94, R95 и R96 независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из водорода, галогена, низшего алкила, фторозамещенного низшего алкила, низшего алкокси и фторозамещенного низшего алкокси;
R99 выбран из группы, состоящей из возможно замещенного С2-6алкила, возможно замещенного арила, возможно замещенного гетероарила и -NR79R80; и
R79 и R80 независимо представляют собой водород или возможно замещенный низший алкил, или R79 и R80 объединены с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, с образованием возможно замещенного 5-7-членного гетероциклоалкила.
