Abstract
1. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана, имеющая, по меньшей мере, три слоя, содержащая (а) первый микропористый слой, изготовленный из полиэтиленового полимера и состоящий, по меньшей мере, из двух поверхностных слоев, и (b), по меньшей мере, один второй слой, изготовленный из полиэтиленового полимера, полимера, устойчивого к нагреванию, имеющего температуру плавления или температуру стеклования 150°С или выше, и наполнителя, расположенный между двумя поверхностными слоями. ! 2. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана по п.1, где полиэтиленовый полимер в первом и втором микропористых слоях является композицией, содержащей полиэтилен сверхвысокого молекулярного веса, имеющий среднемассовый молекулярный вес равный 5·105 или более, и полиэтилен высокой плотности, имеющий Mw 1·104 или более, и меньше, чем 5·105. ! 3. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана по п.1, где вышеуказанный полимер, устойчивый к нагреванию, является, по меньшей мере, одним выбранным из группы, состоящей из сложных полиэфиров, полиметилпентена и полипропилена ! 4. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана по п.3, где указанный сложный полиэфир является полибутилен терефталатом. ! 5. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана по любому из пп.1-4, где вышеуказанный наполнитель является неорганическим наполнителем. ! 6. Разделитель батареи, образованный многослойной микропористой полиэтиленовой мембраной по любому из пп.1-5. ! 7. Батарея, имеющая разделитель, образованный многослойной микропористой полиэтиленовой мембраной по любому из пп.1-5.
Claims (7)
1. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана, имеющая, по меньшей мере, три слоя, содержащая (а) первый микропористый слой, изготовленный из полиэтиленового полимера и состоящий, по меньшей мере, из двух поверхностных слоев, и (b), по меньшей мере, один второй слой, изготовленный из полиэтиленового полимера, полимера, устойчивого к нагреванию, имеющего температуру плавления или температуру стеклования 150°С или выше, и наполнителя, расположенный между двумя поверхностными слоями.
2. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана по п.1, где полиэтиленовый полимер в первом и втором микропористых слоях является композицией, содержащей полиэтилен сверхвысокого молекулярного веса, имеющий среднемассовый молекулярный вес равный 5·105 или более, и полиэтилен высокой плотности, имеющий Mw 1·104 или более, и меньше, чем 5·105.
3. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана по п.1, где вышеуказанный полимер, устойчивый к нагреванию, является, по меньшей мере, одним выбранным из группы, состоящей из сложных полиэфиров, полиметилпентена и полипропилена
4. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана по п.3, где указанный сложный полиэфир является полибутилен терефталатом.
5. Многослойная микропористая полиэтиленовая мембрана по любому из пп.1-4, где вышеуказанный наполнитель является неорганическим наполнителем.
6. Разделитель батареи, образованный многослойной микропористой полиэтиленовой мембраной по любому из пп.1-5.
7. Батарея, имеющая разделитель, образованный многослойной микропористой полиэтиленовой мембраной по любому из пп.1-5.
