Claims (23)
1. Устройство для выдачи лекарственного средства для выборочного лечения определенных больных участков тканей или частей органов, отличающееся тем, что с поверхностью устройств, по меньшей мере, кратковременно контактирующих под давлением с больной тканью, сцеплены липофильные, в значительной степени водонерастворимые, связывающиеся с любыми составными частями ткани лекарственные средства с мгновенным после контакта с тканью высвобождением биологически активного вещества.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве носителя биологически активного вещества предусмотрены баллонные катетеры без или в сочетании со стентами, катетеры и/или их части, иглы и направляющие проволоки, а также стенты.
3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что для покрытия лекарственным средством предусмотрены баллоны с предварительно формованными продольными складками, не теряющими свой наклон для обратного складывания в результате растяжения.
4. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что баллоны состоят из очень гладкого материала, с которым сцеплены лекарственные средства, с возможностью, в основном, без повреждений противостояния необходимым для складывания усилиям.
5. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрены баллоны, покрытые в окончательно сложенном состоянии путем погружения в низковязкий раствор биологически активного вещества.
6. Устройство по одному из пп.2-5, отличающееся тем, что только закрытый складками участок покрыт высохшим после нанесения биологически активным веществом.
7. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что липофильные лекарственные средства представляют собой вещества для торможения клеточной пролиферации или воспалительных процессов или антиоксидации.
8. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что лекарственные средства представляют собой паклитаксель и другие таксаны, парамицин и родственные вещества, такролимус и родственные вещества, кортикоиды, половые гормоны и родственные вещества, статины, эпотилоны, пробукол, простациклины или индукторы ангиогенеза.
9. Устройство по п.7 или 8, отличающееся тем, что липофильные лекарственные средства находятся на поверхности соответствующего изделия в виде сухого твердого вещества или масла.
10. Устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что эффективная доза лекарственных средств включает в себя структуры с размером частиц от <0,1 до 5 мкм, которые из-за своей большой поверхности быстро переходят в раствор, несмотря на небольшую водорастворимость биологически активных веществ.
11. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что для достижения хорошей адгезии с поверхностью устройства и для улучшения поглощения тканью липофильные лекарственные средства помещены в легко растворимое в воде матричное вещество.
12. Устройство по п.11, отличающееся тем, что матричное вещество состоит из низкомолекулярного гидрофильного вещества с молекулярной массой <5000 Д.
13. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что липофильные лекарственные средства абсорбированы на частицах или с низкомолекулярной матрицей нанесены на поверхность устройства.
14. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что поверхности дополнительно покрыты веществами для воздействия на определенные свойства, такие как способность устройства к скольжению или уменьшение свертываемости крови.
15. Способ изготовления устройства по пп.1-14, отличающийся тем, что липофильные лекарственные средства и вспомогательные вещества в растворяющей, суспендирующей или эмульгирующей среде наносят на поверхность устройства посредством погружения, намазывания, напыления или устройства для измерения объема, причем лишние среды и свободно сцепленные с поверхностью вещества удаляют.
16. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что процесс нанесения покрытия многократно осуществляют при воспроизводимом повышении содержания биологически активного вещества с одинаковыми или разными растворяющими, суспендирующими или эмульгирующими средами и/или вспомогательными веществами.
17. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что в качестве растворяющих, суспендирующих или эмульгирующих сред применяют этанол, изопропанол, этилацетат, диэтиловый эфир, ацетон, диметилсульфоксид, диметилформамид, глицерин, воду или их смеси.
18. Способ по одному из пп.15-17, отличающийся тем, что в качестве носителей биологически активного вещества предусмотрены в значительной степени готовые к применению сложенные баллоны, покрываемые до или после стерилизации без стента или с размещенным стентом.
19. Способ по п.18, отличающийся тем, что баллоны в развернутом состоянии покрывают соответствующими липофильными лекарственными средствами, а складывание баллонов осуществляют с помощью инструмента, обладающего особой способностью к скольжению, при необходимости смоченного биосовместимыми смазками.
20. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что соединенные с баллонным катетером стенты монтируют до или после процесса нанесения покрытия.
21. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что окончательно покрытое устройство стерилизуют посредством этиленоксида.
22. Применение выполненного и изготовленного по пп.1-21 устройства для лечения заболеваний сосудов или нарушений кровоснабжения.
23. Применение выполненного и изготовленного по пп.1-21 устройства для создания открытых проходов в организме.
