Description
MEMÓRIA DESCRITIVA
A presente invenção refere-se a uma cabeça de pulverização para aplicação de um material de componen tes múltiplos, especialmente para a aplicação de cola cirúrgica de tecidos.
Da patente europeia 00 37 393 é conhecido um dispositivo para a aplicação de cola cirúrgica de tecidos. Os injectores dos componentes, uma solução de fibrinogénio e trombina estão ligados através de cones com canais de trans porte de uma cabeça de pulverização. A cabeça de pulverização apresenta um canal de alimentação do gãs que, no interior da cabeça de pulverização se subdivide em dois ramos, cujas aberturas de saída estão dispostas na zona das embocaduras dos canais de transporte e dirigem-se um para outro segundo um certo ângulo e orientam-se perpendicularmente para a abertura de saída dos com-
ponentes. Os componentes que são fornecidos através dos injectores (bombas de êmbolo), são pulverizados pelo gás. Os cones de pulverização unem-se, de acordo com o valor do ângulo formado pe los eixos dos injectores, a uma distância maior ou menor das embocaduras dos canais de transporte, onde se misturam e os componentes reagem um com o outro. Constitui um inconveniente o facto de não ser possível uma pulverização dirigida seguramente com e£ ta cabeça de pulverização, visto que o objecto a pulverizar tem de estar situado precisamente no ponto de intersecção dos jactos de pulverização, para que possa ser atingido um resultado satisfatório .
A presente invenção dá remédio para este inconveniente. Segundo a presente invenção, tal como ela ê caracterizada na reivindicação, o problema resôlve-se com uma ca beça de pulverização que apresenta um canal do gãs com um ligador para o gás que, por meio de um filete separador, é dividido em vários canais paralelos ao filete separador, desembocando nes ses canais furos para receber cânulas, cujas extremidades abertas são seguidas por ranhuras de guia das cânulas dispostas para leias ao canal do gãs no interior da cabeça de pulverização, ficando o filete separador saliente das extremidades do canal. Os furos para as cânulas podem desembocar segundo um ângulo á:909 nos canais paralelos ao filete separador.
As vantagens obtidas com a presente invenção residem especialmente no facto de que da união dos componentes imediatamente depois da extremidade do filete separador resulta um cone de pulverização mais fino, que possibilita uma mistura uniforme dos componentes e uma pulverização melhor dirigida dos objectos, mesmo a partir de um menor distância e com uma pressão de pulverização reduzida. Por meio do filete separador evita-se além disso, o contacto prematuro dos diferentes com ponentes entre si, o qual poderia conduzir ao entupimento dos ca nais. A cabeça de pulverização é apropriada especialmente para a aplicação de cola cirúrgica para tecidos, que é formada a partir dos componentes in situ, depois de passar pela extremidade do fi. lete separador.
Descreve-se a seguir com mais porme nor a presente invenção, com base em apenas uma forma de realiza ção.

A cabeça de pulverização (1) apresenta um canal do gás (2) com um ligador do gás (3). No canal do gãs (2), estã disposto um filete separador (4) que divide o canal do gãs em vários canais (2a, 2b), paralelos ao filete separa dor. Nos canais (2a, 2b) desembocam furos (5, 5a) pra receber câ nulas (6, 6a), Para guiamento das cânulas na cabeça de pulveriza ção, às extremidades abertas dos furos (5, 5a) seguem-se as ranhuras (7, 7a) paralelas ao canal do gãs (2) na cabeça de pulverização (1). Para evitar uma mistura prematura dos componentes, o filete (4) fica saliente para além das extremidades do canal (9, 9a). As cavidades (7, 7a) servem para a introdução das cânulas nos furos. Após a introdução, as cânulas são encaixadas e fi xadas nas ranhuras (7, 7a). As pontas (12, 12a) das cânulas devem encostar-se ao filete separador (4) e as suas aberturas (11, 11a) cortadas em viés devem ficar voltadas no sentido do fluxo do gãs. A extremidade (10) do filete separador saliente da cabeça de pulverização (1), pode ser feita angulosa ou arredondada. Os componentes (A) e (B) são conduzidos através das cânulas (6, 6a) para os canais do gãs (2a, 2b), arrastados pelo gãs (ar) e misturados em turbilhão depois da extremidade (10) do filete separador (4), de modo que podem reagir. O número (13) indica a imagem da pulverização e (14, 14a) indicam as seringas unidireccionais para os componentes (A) e (B). Se o material de componen tes múltiplos for constituído por três ou mais componentes, o fi. lete separador (4) pode ser formado com uma secção triangular ou poligonal, de modo que o canal do gãs (2) será dividido de acordo com o numero dos componentes. Nesses canais desemboca então o mesmo número de furos com cavidades e ranhuras.

- REIVINDICAÇÃOCabeça de pulverização para a aplicação de um material de componentes múltiplos por meio de um gás caracterizada pelo facto de a cabeça de pulverização (1) apresen- - · 1 tar um canal do gas (2) com um ligador do gas (3) que é dividido por um filete separador (4) em vários canais (2a, 2b), paralelos ao filete separador (4), desembocando nestes canais (2a, 2b) furos (5, 5a) para receber cânulas (6, 6a), seguindo-se às extrenri dades abertas dos furos (5, 5a) ranhuras (7, 7a) para o guiamento das cânulas (6, 6a), paralelas ao canal do gás (2) na cabeça de pulverização (1) e ficando o filete separador (4) saliente pa ra além das extremidades do canal (9, 9a).
