i DK 167657 B1
Opfindelsen angår et sprøjtehoved til påføring af et flerkomponentmateriale ved hjælp af en luftart, hvilket sprøjtehoved har en gaskanal med gastilslutning.
Fra europæisk patentskrift nr. 00 37 393 kendes et 5 apparat til påføring af kirurgisk vævklæbemiddel. Sprøjteelementerne for komponenterne, fibrinogenopløsning og trom-binopløsning er over konusser forbundet med et sprøjtehoveds fødekanaler. Sprøjtehovedet har en tilførselskanal for gas, som inde i sprøjtehovedet deler sig i to grene, hvis udløbs-10 åbninger er anbragt i området ved mundingerne af fødekanalerne og danner vinkler med hinanden og står vinkelret på komponenternes udløbsåbning. Komponenterne, som tilføres med sprøjteelementerne (stempelpumper), fordråbes ved hjælp af gassen. Sprøjtekeglerne forenes alt efter størrelsen af 15 den vinkel, som sprøjteakserne danner med hinanden, mere eller mindre fjernt fra fødekanalernes mundinger, hvor de sammenblandes, og komponenterne reagerer med hinanden. Det er en ulempe at sikkert rammende sprøjtning ikke er mulig med dette sprøjtehoved, idet objektet, der skal besprøjtes 20 må ligge nøjagtigt i sprøjtestrålernes skæringspunkt, hvis der skal opnås et tilfredsstillende resultat.
Dette problem er ifølge opfindelsen løst ved hjælp af et sprøjtehoved af den indledningsvis angivne art, der er udformet som angivet i kravets kendetegnende del. Boringerne 25 for kanylerne kan indmunde i de parallelt med skillelegemet forløbende kanaler under en vinkel α < 90°.
De ved opfindelsen opnåede fordele består især i, at der ved sammenføringen af komponenterne umiddelbart bag enden af skillelegemet opstår en slank sprøjtekegle, der 30 muliggør en ensartet blanding af komponenterne og en sikkert rammende påsprøjtning af objekterne, også nærved liggende objekter, ved lavt sprøjtetryk. Ved hjælp af skillelegemet undgås desuden for tidlig kontakt mellem de forskellige komponenter indbyrdes, hvilket ville føre til tilstopning 35 af kanalerne. Sprøjtehovedet er især egnet til applikering af kirurgisk vævklæbemiddel, som dannes af komponenterne på DK 167657 Bl 2 stedet, efter at de har passeret enden af skillelegemet.
I det følgende forklares opfindelsen i forbindelse med kun én på tegningen vist udførelsesform. På tegningen viser: 5 fig. 1 et længdesnit gennem sprøjtehovedet, fig. 2 sprøjtehovedet set i retning af pilen II i fig. 1, fig. 3 et snit efter linien III-III i fig. 1, og fig. 4 det i det med Z i fig. 1 viste udsnit med 10 sprøjtebilledet vist i planbillede.
Sprøjtehovedet 1 har en gaskanal 2 med gastilslutning 3. I gaskanalen 2 er anbragt et skillelegeme 4, som opdeler gaskanalen i flere parallelt med skillelegemet forløbende kanaler 2a, 2b. I kanalerne 2a, 2b udmunder boringer 5, 5a 15 til optagelse af kanyler 6, 6a. Til føring af kanylerne i sprøjtehovedet går de åbne ender af boringerne 5, 5a over i render 7, 7a, som er anbragt parallelt med gaskanalen 2 i sprøjtehovedet 1. For at hindre en for tidlig blanding af komponenterne rager skillelegemet 4 ud over kanalenderne 9, 20 9a. Udsparinger 8, 8a tjener til at indføre kanalerne i boringen. Efter indføringen indlægges kanalerne i renderne 7, 7a og fikseres. Spidserne 12, 12a af kanylerne skal støde mod skillelegemet 4, og deres skråtstillede åbninger 11, 11a skal vende mod gassens strømningsretning. Den fra sprøj-25 tehovedet 1 udragende ende 10 af skillelegemet kan være udformet kantet eller afrundet. Komponenterne A og B tilføres gennem kanylerne 6, 6a til gaskanalerne 2a, 2b og medrives af gassen (luft) og danner hvirvler bag enden 10 af skillelegemet 4, således at de kan reagere. Henvisningstallet 30 13 betegner sprøjtebilledet, og 14, 14a betegner énvejssprøj ter for komponenterne A og B. Hvis flerkomponentmaterialet består af tre eller flere komponenter, kan skillelegemet 4 være udformet med trekantet eller mangekantet tværsnit, således at gaskanalen 2 opdeles svarende til antallet af 35 komponenter. I disse kanaler udmunder så lige så mange boringer med udsparinger og render.

Sprøjtehoved til påføring af et f 1 erkomponentmateriale ved hjælp af en luftart, hvilket sprøjtehoved har en gaskanal (2) med gastilslutning (3), kendetegnet ved, at 5 gaskanalen (2) ved hjælp af et skillelegeme (4) er opdelt i flere parallelt med skillelegemet (4) forløbende kanaler (2a,2b), hvori udmunder boringer (5,5a) til optagelse af kanyler (6,6a), hvilke boringer (5,5a) ved deres åbne ender går over i render (7,7a), som tjener til føring af kanylerne 10 (6,6a) og er anbragt parallelt med gaskanalen (2) i sprøjte hovedet, hvorhos skillelegemet (4) rager ud forbi kanalenderne (9,9a).
