Ruiskutuspää monikomponenttimateriaalin levittämiseksi kaasun avulla
Keksintö koskee ruiskutuspäätä monikomponentti-5 materiaalin levittämiseen, varsinkin kirurgisten kudos-liiman levittämiseen.
EP-patenttijulkaisusta 00 37 393 tunnetaan laite kirurgisen kudosliiman levittämiseksi. Fibrinogeeni-ja trombiiniliuoksen komponenttien ruiskut on yhdistetty 10 kartiomaisilla osilla ruiskutuspään syöttökanaviin.
Ruiskutuspäässä on kaasun syöttökanava, joka ruiskutuspään sisällä jakaantuu kahteen haaraan , joiden ulostulo-aukot on järjestetty syöttökanavien suuaukkojen alueelle vinosti toisiinsa nähden, ja jotka ovat suorassa kul-15 massa komponenttien ulostuloaukkoon nähden. Kaasu ruiskuttaa komponentit, jotka johdetaan ruiskujen (mäntä-pumppujen) kautta. Ruiskutuskartiot yhtyvät aina ruisku-tusakselien välisen kulman suuruuden mukaan kauempana tai lähempänä siirtokanavien suuta, jossa ne sekoittuvat 20 ja komponentit reagoivat keskenään. Haitallista on, että tarkka ruiskuttaminen näillä ruiskutuspäillä ei ole mahdollista, sillä ruiskutettavan kohteen täytyy sijaita tarkalleen ruiskutussäteiden leikkauspisteessä, jos pitää saada tyydyttävä tulos.
25 Tätä haluaa keksintö parantaa. Keksinnön mukaan, kuten sitä vaatimuksessa on luonnehdittu, ratkeaa tämä tehtävä ruiskutuspäällä , jossa on kaasukanava kaasulii-täntineen , joka kanava jaetaan erottavalla seinällä useampaan erottavan seinän suuntaisesti kulkevaan kanavaan, 30 näihin kanaviin avautuvat kanyylit vastaanottavat poraukset , joiden avoimet päät muuttuvat kanyyleja ohjaaviksi kouruiksi, jotka on järjestetty kaasukanavan kanssa samansuuntaisesti ruiskutuspäähän, ja erottava seinä ulottuu ulos kanavien päiden ohi. Kanyyleja varten olevat 35 poraukset voivat avautua kulmassa a - 90° erottavan seinän suuntaisesti kulkeviin kanaviin.

Keksinnöllä saavutettavat edut ovat nähtävissä varsinkin siinä,, että viemällä komponentit yhteen välittömästi erottavan seinän pään takana syntyy kapea ruiskutuskartio, joka tekee mahdolliseksi komponentti-5 en tasaisen sekoittumisen ja tarkan kohteiden ruiskut- tamisen, ja myös lähietäisyydeltä alhaisella ruiskutus-paineella. Erotusseinän ansiosta vältytään sitäpaitsi eri komponenttien ennenaikaiselta kosketukselta, mikä saattaisi johtaa kanavien tukkiintumiseen. Ruiskutus-10 pää soveltuu varsinkin kirurgisen kudosliiman levittämi seen, joka muodostuu paikan päällä komponenteista niiden kuljettua ohi erottavan seinämän.
Seuraavassa selostetaan keksintö ainoastaan yhden toteutusesimerkin esittävän piirustuksen avulla 15 lähemmin. Siinä esittää kuvio 1 ruiskutuspään ylhäältäpäin leikkauksena, kuvio 2 näkymän nuolen II suuntaan kuviosta 1, kuvio 3 leikkauksen III-III kuviosta 1 ja kuvio 4 kohdan Z kuviosta 1, jossa ruiskutusku-20 vio näkyy päältäpäin.
Ruiskutuspäässä 1 on kaasukanava 2 kaasuliitän-töineen 3. Kaasukanavaan 2 on järjestetty erottava seinämä 4, joka jakaa kaasukanavan useaan erottavan seinän kanssa yhdensuuntaisesti kulkevaan kanavaan 2a, 2b. Kana-25 viin 2a, 2b avautuvat poraukset 5, 5a, joihin sopivat kanyylit 6, 6a. Kanyylien viemiseksi ruiskutuspäähän muuttuvat porauksien 5, 5a avoimet päät kouruiksi 7, 7a, jotka on järjestetty kaasukanavan 2 suuntaisesti ruiskutuspäähän 1. Komponenttien ennenaikaisen sekoittumisen 30 estämiseksi ulottuu seinä 4 ulos ohi kanavien päiden 9, 9a. Aukot 8, 8a ovat kanyylien porauksiin viemistä varten. Viemisen jälkeen sijoitetaan kanyylit kourui-hin 7, 7a ja kiinnitetään paikoilleen. Kanyylien kärkien 12, 12a pitää työntyä päin erottavaa seinämää 4 ja 35 niiden viistotut suut 11, 11a osoittavat kaasun virtaus-

3 90737 suuntaan. Ruiskutuspäästä 1 ulospistävä erottavan seinämän pää 10 voi olla kulmikas tai pyöristetty. Komponentit A ja B syötetään kanyylien 6, 6a kautta kaasu-kanaviin 2, 2a, kaasu(ilma) tempaa ne mukaansa ja ne 5 sekoittuvat eroittavan seinämän 4 pään 10 takana niin, että ne voivat reagoida. Viitenumerolla 13 on merkitty ruiskutuskuviota ja viitenumeroilla 14, 14a on merkitty komponenttien A ja B mäntäruiskut. Jos monikomponentti-materiaali koostuu kolmesta tai useammasta komponentis-10 ta, on erottava seinä 4 voitu tehdä poikkileikkaukseltaan kolmi- tai monisärmäiseksi, jotta kaasukanava 2 jakaantuisi komponenttien lukumäärää vastaavasti. Näihin kanaviin avautuu silloin yhtä monta porausta reikineen ja kouruineen.
