Abstract
En implanterbar vasookklusiv anordning er vist. Den er vanligvis en vasookklusiv spiral. (100) som utgjøres av en primær helisk viklet spiral (102) som deretter kan vikles til en sekundær form. Sentralt for oppfinnelsen er bruk av et strekkmotstandig element (108) fast innfestet i minst et parti av den primære spiral (102). Det strekkmotstandige element.
