Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for fjerning av allergeniske forbindelser fra en proteinblanding, et således erholdt produkt, og anvendelse derav Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangs- måte for fjerning av allergene for- bindelser fra proteinaktige sammen- setninger, hvori proteinet tilstede- værende i den proteinaktige sammenset- ning spaltes med proteolytiske enzymer i proteinhydrolysat, det således er- holdte hydrolysat klares, og den klare løsning gjenvinnes, den erholdte hydro- lysatløsning føres inn i en kolonne fylt med adsorpsjonsharpiks og elueres med vann, løsningene som har passert gjennom kolonnen, og hvorfra allergene forbindelser er blitt fjernet, eller som har en vesentlig redusert mengde av allergene forbindelser, gjenvinnes, og om nødvendig fjernes salter fra de gjenvunne løsninger, og de gjenvunne løsninger konsentreres og tørkes om ønsket. Oppfinnelsen angår enn videre et således erholdt proteinaktig prepa- rat og anvendelse av et således erholdt proteinaktig preparat, som er hoved- sakelig fritt for allergene forbindel- ser, i morsmelksubstitutter, spesielle ernæringspreparater eller som kompo- nenter derav.
