Abstract
Det beskrives en plastisol omfattende i blanding: I) et eller flere polymerisater og/eller kopolymerisater av (met)akrylater oppnåelig ved polymerisasjon av sammensetninger inneholdende som polymeriserbare bestanddeler A) 20 til 100 vekt-% metylmetakrylat, B) 0 til 80 vekt-% av en fra metylakrylat forskjellig (met)akrylat av formelen,. Hvor Ri står for hydrogen eller metyl og R.2 står for en lineær eller forgrenet alkylrest med 1 til 18 karbonatomer, C) 0 til 40 vekt-% av en ytterligere fra A) og B) forskjellig vinylisk umettet monomer og D) 0 til 40 vekt-% av en vedheftningsforbedrende monomer, hvor A) til D) gir 100 vekt-% av de polymeriserbare bestanddelene, II) til 100 vekt-deler av polymerisatet og/eller kopolymerisatet fra I. med dette kompatible mykner i andeler fra 5 til 400 vekt-deler og III) til 100 vekt-deler av komponenten I. uorganiske fyllstoffer i mengder fra 0 til 700 vekt-deler,. som erat polymerisatene og/eller kopolymerisatene av (met)akrylatene er a) emulsjonspolymerisater med b) en bi- eller multimodal størrelsesfordeling av primærpartiklene. Ved siden av forbedringer med hensynt il mekanikken av resulterende film utviser plastisolene en forbedret lagringsstabilitet så vel som en fortreffelig kompatibilitet med rimelige myknerer. Videre tillater de et relativt høyt bindemiddelinnhold.i
