Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et varmeisolasjonselement bestående av et hylster som er evakuerbart og som er fylt med et fast, mikroporøst varmeisolasjonsmateriale, idet i det minste ende- eller kantflatene til hylsteret består av et dårlig varmeledende materiale, hvilket mikroporøse varmeisolasjonsmateriale består av trykkfaste og utglødede, finfibrede mikroglassfiber, som er formet til plater ved kompaktering utført ved pressing, mens de ytre sideflatene til platene er utstyrt med perforerte, reflekterende folier eller et reflekterende belegg, og i det minste to plater er anordnet vendende mot hverandre.
Varmeisolasjonselementer basert på presset, mikroporøst varmeisolerende materiale er kjent fra E-164006. Det er kjent å utstyre de formede elementer fullstendig eller delvis med et gasstett hylster og å regulere trykket inne i det gasstette hylsteret til i det minste 20 mbar. Dessuten er det kjent å benytte en kompositt folie med et metallsjikt på én
side, av termoplastisk materiale, som hylstermateriale.
Dessuten er det fra DE-2615299 kjent å fremstille en beholder for slike varmeisolerende elementer av tynn metallplate, og å utføre forbindelsen til bunn- og topp-plate ved hjelp av sikkede, meget tynne metallfolier. Den samme fremgangsmåten foreslås også i DE-3630399.
DE-3108801 angår en tøyningselastisk isolasjon av plater med parvis innbyrdes parallelt anordnede sideflater og av bare i én retning deformasjonselastiske strimler av et varmeisolasjonsmateriale, hvilke er klebet til hverandre og til platene i berøringsflatene.
US-patent 4486482 beskriver en varmeisolator, i hvilken et varmeisolerende, mikroporøst materiale består av sammenpressede mikroglassfiber. Dette materialet fyller hele det
indre rom i isolatoren, som avgrenses av metallplater. Pressing av fibrene utføres uten bruk av bindemiddel.
GB-patent 730127 beskriver fremstilling av en evakuerbar varmeisolator, i hvilken kompakterte glassfiber danner et varmeisolerende, mikroporøst materiale. Dette materialet fyller hele det indre rom i isolatoren, som avgrenses av metallplater. Pressing av fibrene utføres uten bruk av bindemiddel. Fibrene har en maksimal diameter på 2,54 mm.
GB-patent 715174 beskriver fremstilling av et isolerende materiale bestående av kompaktert glassfiber som fyller hele det indre rom i en isolator, som avgrenses av metallplater. Pressing utføres uten bruk av bindemiddel. Fibrene har også her en maksimal diameter på 2,54 mm, og har forskjellige lengder. Isolatoren kan ha endeflater som består av et dårlig varmeledende materiale.
GB-patent 715175 beskriver varmeisolerende materialer og deres fremstilling. Skriftet beskriver fremstilling av plateformede, mikroporøse, varmeisolerende elementer bestående av sammenpressede glassfiber. Sammenpressingen utføres uten bruk av bindemiddel
Et formål med oppfinnelsen er å komme frem til et varmeisolasjonselement som i forhold til de kjente elementer har øket bøye- og torsjonsstivhet, samt har minsket densitet, og at dessuten evakueringen av elementet er enklere å utføre, ved at strømnings-motstanden er minsket.
Varmeisolasjonselementet i henhold til oppfinnelsen kjennetegnes ved at i det minste en trykkfast avstandsholderplate er anordnet mellom to plater under dannelse av en sandwich-struktur.
I motsetning til at det indre av elementet utelukkende består av mikroporøst varmeisolasjonsmateriale, inneholder således elementet i henhold til oppfinnelsen en eller flere trykkfaste avstandsholderplater, som sammen med i det minste to plater av varmeisolasjonsmaterialet danner en stabil sandwich-struktur.
Pressingen av mikroglassfibrene til plateform kan, på i og for seg kjent måte, skje uten bindemiddel. Dermed oppnås det en plate som har åpne porer, slik at evakueringen av varmeisolasjonselementet forenkles vesentlig. Dessuten kan, av miljøhensyn, platen uten bindemiddel fullstendig tilføres en resirkulasjonsprosess. Den kan også behandles slik at den finner anvendelse i et nytt isolasjonselement med en annen romform.
For å oppnå en optimalisering mellom stivhet og varmeledningsevne kan det hensiktsmessig anvendes forskjellige fiberdiametre og -lengder. Under denne forutsetning skal mikroglassfibrene overveiende ha en diameter i området 0,1 x 10'<3> mm til 8 x 10"<3> mm.
Tilsvarende skal fiberlengdene ligge hovedsakelig mellom 0,04 mm og 6 mm. Anvendelsen av mikroglassfiber med diametre og lengder utenfor de ovenfor nevnte områder er også mulig, men fører til nedsettelse med hensyn til stivhet og/eller varmeledningsevne.
For å ta hensyn til gunstige IR-refleksjonsforhold til reflekterende folier er sideflatene til platene utstyres med perforerte, reflekterende folier eller et reflekterende belegg. Perforeringen av foliene er nødvendig for ikke å påvirke de gunstige evakuerings-forholdene til varmeisolasjonselementet på grunn av platene med åpne porer.
For ikke å gjøre trykkfastheten til et varmeisolasjonselement med en avstandsholderplate dårligere, må avstandsholderplaten i det minste tilsvare fastheten til platene av varmeisolasjonsmateriale. Det foreslås fortrinnsvis en avstandsholderplate eller -plater utført som en perforert dobbeltstegplate med forskjellig utformede steg. Det er imidlertid også mulig å utforme avstandsholderplaten eller -platene som en perforert cellestruktur. Også her bør avstandsholderplaten eller -platene perforeres med henblikk på den gunstige evakuerbarheten til varmeisolasjonselementet. En slik avstandsholderplate kan utgjøre størstedelen av volumet til et varmeisolasjonselement. Støttestegene til en slik avstandsholderplate skal være i et lite antall for å holde varmeledningen liten.
Med varmeledningselementer i henhold til oppfinnelsen kan det fremstilles formede deler med ønsket fasong. Av tenkelige fasonger kan nevnes plane elementer med plater i plan og krummet romform, rør, enhetlig fremstilte esker osv.
Oppfinnelsen skal i det følgende forklares nærmere ved hjelp av utførelseseksempler vist på den vedføyde tegning.

I figurene er like deler gitt de samme henvisningstall. Figurene viser et varmeisolasjonselement 8, bestående av et hylster 1 med en evakueringsstuss 7, plater 4, 4' av varmeisolasjonsmateriale og mellom platene 4, 4' og hylsteret 1 liggende,
perforerte, reflekterende folier 2. Tallet 3 angir de dårlig varmeledende endeflatene til i varmeisolasjonselementet 8.
Figur 1 viser to plater 4, 4', mellom hvilke er anordnet en trykkfast avstandsholderplate 5 med steg 6. Mellom avstandsholderplaten 5 og platene 4, 4' er anordnet en perforert, reflekterende folie 9. I figur 2 er det i tillegg til avstandsholderplaten 5 vist en annen avstandsholderplate 5' med steg 6'. Disse to avstandsholderplatene 5, 5' medfører en vektbesparelse og øket stivhet for varmeisolasjonselementet 8.
Claims (3)
1. Varmeisolasjonselement bestående av et hylster (1) som er evakuerbart og som er fylt med et fast, mikroporøst varmeisolasjonsmateriale, idet i det minste ende- eller kantflatene (3) til hylsteret (1) består av et dårlig varmeledende materiale, hvilket mikroporøse varmeisolasjonsmateriale består av trykkfaste og utglødede, finfibrede mikroglassfiber, som er formet til plater (4, 4') ved kompaktering utført ved pressing, mens de ytre sideflatene til platene (4, 4') er utstyrt med perforerte, reflekterende folier (2) eller et reflekterende belegg, og i det minste to plater (4, 4') er anordnet vendende mot hverandre,
karakterisert ved at i det minste en trykkfast avstandsholderplate (5, 5') er anordnet mellom to plater (4, 4') under dannelse av en sandwich-struktur.

karakterisert ved at avstandsholderplaten eller -platene (5, 5') er utført som en perforert dobbeltstegplate med forskjellig utformede steg (6, 6').

karakterisert ved at avstandsholderplaten eller -platene (5) er utført som en perforert cellestruktur.
