104651 Lämmöneristysmuotokappale lämpöeristystä varten
Keksinnön kohteena on lämmöneristysmuotokappale lämpöeristystä varten, johon , kuuluu suojus, josta kaasu on poisimettävissä ja joka on täytetty kiinteällä, mikro- 5 huokoisella lämmöneristysaineella, jossa muotokappaleessa ainakin suojuksen sivupinnat ovat lämpöä huonosti johtavaa materiaalia ja mikrohuokoinen lämmöneris-tysaine koostuu paineenkestävistä ja kuumennetuista hienokuituisista mikrolasikui-duista, jotka puristamalla on tiivistetty levyjen muotoon, ja jossa muotokappaleessa ainakin kaksi levyä on sovitettu päällekkäin. Yleisesti tunnettu on Dewarin astioiden 10 eristysperiaate, joiden periaate perustuu kaasun poisimemiseen kaasutiiviisti suljettavasta tyhjästä tilasta. Lisäksi ovat näissä säiliöissä säiliönseinät muodostettu peilimäisiksi säteilemällä tapahtuvan lämmönsiirtymän minimoimiseksi.
EP-julkaisusta 1 064 006 tunnetaan lämpöeristysmuotokappaleet, joiden perusteena 15 on puristettu, mikrohuokoinen lämmöneristysaine. Tunnettua on se, että muotokappaleet varustetaan täydellisesti tai osittain kaasutiiviillä suojuksella, ja että kaasu-tiiviin suojuksen sisällä oleva paine säädetään vähintään arvoon 20 mbar. Lisäksi tunnetaan se, että suojusmateriaalina käytetään laminaattikalvoa, jonka toisella sivulla on termoplastista materiaalia oleva metallikerros.
20 DE-julkaisusta 2 615 299 tunnetaan edelleen säiliön valmistaminen ohuesta metalli- : levystä tällaista lämmöneristysmuotokappaletta varten, jossa pohja- ja kansilevy liittyvät toisiinsa vaotetun, sangen ohuen metallikalvon avulla. : " Keksinnön tavoitteena on poistaa nämä haittapuolet ja aikaansaada lämmöneristys- : muotokappale, joka on huokea valmistaa ja joka siitä huolimatta täyttää vaatimukset.

Tavoite saavutetaan keksinnön mukaisesti siten, että ainakin yksi paineenkestävä väliketaso on sovitettu kahden levyn väliin monikerrosrakennetta muodostaen.
Keksinnön eräässä suoritusmuodossa ehdotetaan, että mikrolasikuitujen puristaminen tapahtuu levytilavuusmuotona, käyttämättä mitään sidonta-ainetta. Siten saa-5 daan aikaan levy, joka on avosoluinen, ja joka siten helpottaa kaasun poisimemistä lämmöneristysmuotokappaleesta olennaisesti. Lisäksi on ympäristövaatimusten kannalta huomattava se, että sidonta-aineeton levy voidaan saattaa täydellisesti jälleen kierrätysprosessiin. Mutta se on valmistettavissa myöskin siten, että se voidaan käyttää jonkin toisen tilavuusmuodon omaavassa eristyskappaleessa.
10 Jotta jäykkyyden ja lämmönjohtavuuden välille saataisiin optimitilanne, käytetään tarkoituksen mukaisesti erilaisia kuidun halkaisijoita ja pituuksia. Tällä edellytyksellä pitäisi mikrolasikuitujen halkaisijan olla pääsääntöisesti suuruusluokkaa di = 0,1 x 10"3 mm tai d2 = 8 x 10'3 mm.
Vastaavasti olisi kuidun pituuksien oltava pääsääntöisesti välillä 0,04-6 mm. Mikro-15 lasikuitujen käyttö, joiden halkaisijat ja pituudet jäävät edellä mainittujen alueiden ulkopuolelle, on myöskin mahdollista, mutta tällöin heikkenee jäykkyys ja/tai läm-mönjohtavuus.
Jotta heijastavien kalvojen edullinen infrapunaheijastusominaisuus voitaisiin ottaa ; : huomioon, ehdotetaan edelleen, että levyjen sivupintoina on perforoidut, heijastavat :'. 20 kalvot. Kalvojen perforointi on tärkeää, jotta levyjen avosoluisuudesta johtuvaan lämmöneristysmuotokappaleen edulliseen kaasun poisimemiskykyyn ei vaikutettaisi • · haitallisesti.

IM • · · « · ,-j-, Jotta yksilevyisen lämmöneristysmuotokappaleen painelujuutta ei heikennettäisi, täytyy väliketason vastata ainakin kulloisenkin levyn painelujuutta. Tähän ehdotetaan ensisijassa muovisia väliketasoja perforoituina kaksoisväliseinälevyinä, joissa 30 on eri tavoin muodostetut väliseinät. Mutta myös se on mahdollista, että väliketaso muodostetaan perforoituna vahakankaana. Myös tässä on arvostettava väliketason perforointia huomioonottaen lämmöneristysmuotokappaleen edullinen kaasun pois- 3 104651 imeminen. Tällainen väliketaso saattaa ottaa länimöneristysmuotokappaleen tilavuudesta suurimman osan. Tällaisissa väliketasoissa tulee käyttää pientä määrää tu-kiväliseiniä, jotta lämmönjohtavuus pysyisi alhaisena. Myös tässä kuten levyissäkin voi olla suojus, jossa on heijastava ja perforoitu kalvo tai heijastava päällystys läm-5 mönsiirtymän säteilevän osuuden pienentämiseksi.
Keksinnön mukaisten lämmöneristysmuotokappaleiden myötä on mahdollista valmistaa halutun rakennemuodon omaavia muoto-osia. Muotoina voidaan ajatella levytettyjä tasoelementtejä tasomaisesti ja tilavuusulotteisesti taivutetussa tilavuus-muodossa, putkina, integroidun rakennetavan omaavina laatikkoina jne.
10 Keksintöä selitetään seuraavassa oheisessa piirustuksessa esitettyihin suoritusmuo-toesimerkkeihin viitaten, jossa kuvio 1 esittää yhdellä levyllä varustettua lämmöneristysmuotokappaletta, kuvio 2 esittää kahdella levyllä ja yhdellä niiden välissä olevalla väliketasolla varustettua lämmöneristysmuotokappaletta, 15 kuvio 3 esittää kahdella levyllä ja kahdella niiden välissä olevalla väliketasolla varustettua lämmöneristysmuotokappaletta.
: Kuvioissa 1-3 esitetään samat osat samoine viitenumeroineen. Kuvioissa on viitteel- (Il · I *... lä 8 merkitty kokonaisuutena lämmöneristysmuotokappaletta, johon kuuluu suojus 1, jossa on kaasun poisimemisputki 7, levy 4 ja levyn 4 sekä suojuksen 1 välissä .···. 20 oleva perforoitu, heijastava kalvo 2. Viitteellä 3 merkitään lämpöä huonosti johtavia • · länimöneristysmuotokappaleen sivupintoja.

- 1. Lämmöneristysmuotokappale lämpöeristystä varten, johon kuuluu suojus (1), josta kaasu on poisimettävissä ja joka on täytetty kiinteällä, mikrohuokoisella läm-möneristysaineella, jossa muotokappaleessa ainakin suojuksen (1) sivupinnat (3) 5 ovat lämpöä huonosti johtavaa materiaalia ja mikrohuokoinen lämmöneristysaine koostuu paineenkestävistä ja kuumennetuista hienokuituisista mikrolasikuiduista, jotka puristamalla on tiivistetty levyjen (4, 4') muotoon, ja jossa muotokappaleessa ainakin kaksi levyä (4, 4') on sovitettu päällekkäin, tunnettu siitä, että ainakin yksi paineenkestävä väliketaso (5, 5') on sovitettu kahden levyn (4, 4') väliin monikerros-10 rakennetta muodostaen.
- 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen lämmöneristysmuotokappale, tunnettu siitä, että mikrolasikuitujen tiivistäminen levymuotoon on tapahtunut ilman sidonta-aineita.
- 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen lämmöneristysmuotokappale, tunnettu 15 siitä, että lämmöneristysaine koostuu sekoitteesta, jossa on hienokuituisia mikrolasi- kuituja, joilla on eri halkaisijat sekä eri pituudet.
