도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 진공단열판재의 분해 사시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 하니콤 형태로 된 진공단열판재의 제조방법에 있어서;
상면에 접착층이 형성된 하판 위에 하니콤보드를 올려놓고, 그 위에 군데군데 이격부재를 올려놓고, 그 위에 하면에 접착층이 형성된 상판을 올려놓음으로써 적층체를 형성하는 제1단계;
진공챔버 내부에 상기 적층체를 설치하는 제2단계;
상기 진공챔버 내부의 공기를 빼내는 진공화 단계로서, 상기 하니콤보드 내부의 공기는 상기 이격부재와 상판 사이의 공간을 통해 외부로 빠지도록 하는 제3단계;
상기 상판과 하판을 가압하여 상판, 하니콤보드 및 하판이 접착 고정되도록 하며 상기 이격부재는 부서지거나 또는 상기 하니콤보드를 찌그러뜨리며 그 내부로 박히게 함으로써 상기 상판과 하니콤보다가 직접 접촉되도록 하는 제4단계;
를 포함함으로써;
독립된 상태로 진공을 유지하고 있는 많은 수의 진공셀이 구비되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니콤 형태의 진공단열판재 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 접착제가 함침된 시트 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니콤 형태의 진공단열판재 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제4단계는 압력과 함께 열을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니콤 형태의 진공단열판재 제조방법.
