Abstract

Una capa de enchapado que contiene 7.2 a 10.6% en masa de Fe, 0.2 a 0.4% en masa de Al, y 0.1% en masa de Ni y similares, el resto comprendiendo Zn e impurezas, en donde una lámina de acero galvanizada y recocida que tiene excelente capacidad de formación por prensado se caracteriza porque está provista con la capa de enchapado en la cual, en la sección vertical de la capa de enchapado, el espesor promedio de una fase ? es no mayor que 0.2 µm, y el espesor promedio de una fase G que existe en contacto con el acero base es no mayor que 0.5 µm, y dentro de la fase G, Ni y similares está contenido en una relación dentro de la fase G de por lo menos 0.5% en masa, la fase que existe en contacto con la fase G siendo una fase mixta de una fase G1 y una fase d, la relación de fase d definida en la siguiente ecuación siendo por lo menos 10%: relación de fase d = (longitud de interfaz de contacto de fase d/fase G)/(longitud de interfaz de contacto de fase d/fase G + longitud de interfaz de contacto de fase G1/fase G) x 100, de tal manera que aquí, la longitud de interfaz de contacto de fase d/fase G es la longitud de la interfaz a la cual la fase d y la fase G están en contacto, y la longitud de interfaz de contacto de fase G1/fase G es la longitud de la interfaz a la cual la fase G1 y la fase G están en contacto.
