Abstract
Se divulga un método y un dispositivo para el reemplazo de anclaje; el método comprende: una estación base de destino recibe un mensaje de petición de reemplazo de anclaje transmitido por una estación base de origen, en donde la estación base de origen es una estación base que corresponde a una célula servidora que proporciona actualmente un servicio para una terminal y tiene autoridad de toma de decisiones de control, la estación base de destino es una estación base que corresponde a una célula secundaria que es controlada por la célula servidora y proporciona actualmente un servicio para la terminal, y el mensaje de petición de reemplazo de anclaje se utiliza para solicitar el traspaso de la autoridad de toma de decisiones de control a la estación base de destino; la estación base de destino transmite un mensaje de acuse de reemplazo de anclaje a la estación base de origen, en donde el mensaje de acuse de reemplazo de anclaje se utiliza para acusar recibo del mensaje de petición de reemplazo de anclaje; por medio del método para el reemplazo de anclaje de la presente invención, una terminal puede continuar transmitiendo datos de usuario mientras al mismo tiempo se está realizando el traspaso, y puede obtener señalización de control procedente de una pluralidad de estaciones base, lo que garantiza de ese modo el traspaso sin problemas de la terminal, reducción de una latencia de traspaso, y mejora de la experiencia de un usuario durante el traspaso.
