Abstract

Modalidades de la presente solicitud proporcionan un método de configuración e información y aparato, una terminal, y un dispositivo de red; el método comprende: una terminal recibe primera información de configuración enviada por una estación base objetivo, la primera información de configuración que comprende al menos una configuración de nodo secundaria; si la primera información de configuración comprende una configuración de nodo secundaria, después la terminal recibe la primera información de configuración, la configuración de nodo secundario está en un estado activo; si la primer información de configuración comprende configuraciones de nodo secundarias múltiples, la terminal selecciona, sobre la base de la señal de medición de señal de celda en un estado inactivo, una configuración de nodo secundaria de la configuraciones de nodo secundarias múltiples, e informa a la estación base objetivo de la configuración de nodo secundaria seleccionada de manera que la configuración de nodo secundaria esté en un estado activo.
