Abstract
La presente invención incluye nuevos compuestos y métodos para prevenir o tratar enfermedades asociadas con y/o causadas por sobreexpresión y/o activación no controlada de una tirosina quinasa en un sujeto que lo necesita; en ciertas modalidades, los compuestos de la presente invención comprenden un inhibidor de tirosina quinasa, un enlazador y un aenlazador de ubiquitina ligasa; los métodos de la presente invención comprenden administrar al sujeto una cantidad farmacéuticamente eficaz de al menos un compuesto de la invención.
