Description
Claims (13)
- 외통부재와, 이 외통부재의 전방 또는 후방단부의 적어도 어느 일측에 접합된 단부판과, 상기 외통부재의 내부에 조립되어진 내장부재를 구비하고, 이 내장부재는, 상기 외통부재 또는 단부판의 뒷면측에 소정의 간격으로 설치되는 다공성 판과, 상기 외통부재의 내부공간을 전후로 구획하는 격벽판을 구비한 배기소음기로서, 상기 외통부재와 단부판 또는 외통부재와 격벽판의 접합면에 상기 다공성 판의 접합면을 겹쳐 맞추고, 이 겹쳐 맞춤부를 레이저 용접으로 일체로 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 1쌍의 절반체로 구성되는 외통부재와, 이 외통부재의 내부에 조립되는 내장부재를 구비하고, 이 내장부재는, 적어도 상기 외통부재의 뒷면측에 소정의 간격으로 설치되는 다공성 판을 구비한 배기소음기로서, 상기 외통부재의 각각의 절반체의 대응 접합면에 상기 다공성 판의 접합면을 겹쳐 맞추고, 이 겹쳐 맞춤부를 레이저 용접으로 일체로 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부판중 전방측의 단부판에는 엔진에 연결되는 배기 파이프가 접속되고, 이 배기 파이프와 그 단부판의 접속부에 상기 다공성 판의 접합면을 겹쳐 맞추고 레이저 용접으로 일체로 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단부판중 후방측의 단부판에는 테일 파이프가 접속되고, 이 테일 파이프와 그 단부판의 접속부에 상기 다공성 판의 접합면을 겹쳐 맞추고 레이저 용접으로 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전후의 단부판과 외통부재를 알루미늄도금 강판 또는 스테인리스 강판 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 구성한 것을 특징으로하는 배기소음기.
- 내외측부재를 복층구조로 한 외통부재와, 이 외통부재의 내부에 조립되는 내장부재를 구비한 배기소음기로서, 상기 외통부재는 대략 동일한 형상의 복수의 내외측부재를 겹쳐 맞춘 상태에서 동시에 일체로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 외통부재는 복수의 내외측부재를 겹쳐 맞춘 상태에서 로울성형에 의해 동시에 일회 권취하여 둥글게 일체로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 외통부재는 1쌍의 절반체로 구성되고, 각각의 절반체는 복수의 내외측부재를 겹쳐 맞춘 상태에서 프레스에 의해 동시에 일체로 성형된 것을 특징으로 배기소음기.
- 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배기소음기는 상기 외통부재의 단부를 덮는 단부판을 구비하고, 이 단부판은 복수의 내외측부재를 겹쳐 맞춘 상태에서 프레스에 의해 동시에 일체로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제6항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외통부재 또는 상기 단부판 또는 그들 모두의 내외측부재를 이질재(異質材)로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제6항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외통부재 또는 상기 단부판 또는 그들 모두의 내외측부재의 두께를 다르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제6항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외통부재 또는 상기 단부판 또는 그들 모두의 외측부재를 스테인리스 강판 또는 알루미늄도금 강판 등의 내열, 내식재로 구성하고, 내측부재를 압연강판으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.
- 제6항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외통부재 또는 상기 단부판 또는 그둘 모두의 성형시에, 내판과 외판을 결합하는 결합수단이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기소음기.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
