Claims (6)
- 하기 부등식(I)을 만족하는 실리카와 실리카 이외의 무기산화물의 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 이루어지는 복합산화물 미립자를 0.005∼20중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름. (단, 식(I)중, S는 복합산화물 미립자의 비표면적율, Dp는 그 미립자의 평균입자직경을, SG는 그 미립자의 진비중을 나타낸다.S(㎡/g)≥7200/[Dp (nm) × SG] ( I )
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지필름이 폴리에스테르 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지필름의 베이즈가 5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
- 알카리금속, 암모늄 또는 유기염기의 규산염과, 알카리가용의 무기화합물, pH 9 이상의 알칼리용액 중에 동시에 첨가하고, 이 반응액의 pH를 제어하지 않고 복합산화물 미립자를 생성시켜서 얻어진 졸을, 열가소성 수지 및/또는 그 반응계에 첨가하여 필름가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 pH 9 이상의 알칼리용액 중에, 시드입자를 분산시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 복합산화물 미립자로부터, 규소와 산소 이외의 원소의 일부를 제거하여 얻어진 미립자가 분산한 졸을 열가소성수지 및/또는 그 반응계에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
