Claims (12)
- (a) 유리 설포네이트 그룹을 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지 및, (b) 마찰전기 전하 조절제로 구성되는 부착층의 최소한 한 표면 및 최소한 한 부착층의 표면상의 기판에서 먼쪽의 금속층을 가지는 열가소성 중합물질의 기판층으로 구성되는 금속화된 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부착 폴리에스테르 수지는 최소한 하나의 설폰화된 폴리카복실산, 또는 최소한 하나의 폴리히드릭 알콜을 가지는 그것의 무수물 또는 저급 알킬 에스테르로 구성되는 혼합물의 반응 생성물인 금속화된 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물은 설폰화된 폴리카복실산이 부착 폴리에스테르 수지내 폴리카복실산 전체 함량의 5-25몰%로 구성되는 최소한 하나의 설폰화되지 않은 폴리카복실산, 또는 그것의 무수물 또는 저급 알킬 에스테르를 또한 포함하는 금속화된 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 부착 폴리에스테르 수지는 이소프탈산 디에틸렌 글리콜 및 설포이소프탈산 또는 설포테레프탈산으로 구성되는 금속화된 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부착 폴리에스테르 수지는 최소한 부분적으로 교차-결합된 금속화된 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마찰전기 전하 조절제는 금속과 접촉하여 음전하를 얻을 수 있는 것인 금속화된 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 마찰전기 전하 조절제는 음이온 또는 비이온의 불소 계면활성제 또는 그것의 혼합물인 금속화된 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 부착 층내의 전하 조절제 양은 설폰화된 폴리에스테르 수지의 0.1-10중량% 범위인 금속화된 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 계면활성제 성질을 가지는 마찰전기 전하 조절제에 부가하여, 부착층은 음이온, 비이온 또는 양쪽성인 최소한 하나의 계면활성제를 포함하는 금속화된 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부착 수지층은 0.5미크론 이하의 입자 크기를 가지고, 부착 수지의 ~50중량%까지 존재하는 입자의 충전재를 포함하는 금속화된 필름.
- 열가소성 중합물질의 기판층을 형성하고, 그것의 최소한 하나의 표면에 (a) 유리 설포네이트 그룹을 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지 및 (b) 마찰전기 전하 조절제로 구성되는 부착층을 적용하고, 기판에서 먼쪽의 최소한 하나의 부착층의 표면상에 금속층을 용착함에 의하여 금속화된 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 기판은 두개의 상호 직각 방향으로 폄에 의해 이축으로 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이고, 부착 폴리에스테르 수지 피복 매체는 이축으로 펴는 두 상태(경도 및 그 반대)사이의 필름 기판에 적용된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
