Description
Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 표면상에 점착층을 갖는 합성 중합체 물질로된 기판층과, 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 점착층외 상기 기판으로부터 먼쪽 표면상의 금속층으로 이루어지는 금속화된 필름에 있어서, 상기의 점착층이 유리 카복실기를 포함하는 적어도 하나 이상의 단량체로 이루어지는 아크릴산 및/또는 메타크릴산 종합체로 이루어지며, 여기서 상기의 중합체중의 카복실기 함량이 6몰%이상인 것을 특징으로하는 금속화된 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체중의 카복실기 함량이 35몰%미만인 금속화된 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 단량체가, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및/또는 아크릴산 및/또는 메타크릴산의 유도체인 금속화된 필름.
- 전술한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점착층이 메틸 메타크릴레이트/부틸 아크릴레이트/(아크릴산 및/또는 메타크릴산)으로 이루어지는 중합체로 이루어지는 금속화된 필름.
- 전술한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점착층이 30-40몰%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트/40|50몰%의 부틸 아크릴레이트/5-15몰%의 스티렌/10-20몰%의 (아크릴산 및/또는 메타크릴산)으로 이루어지는 중합체로 이루어지는 금속화된 필름.
- 전술한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점착층이 적어도 부분적으로 가교되는 금속화된 필름.
- 전술한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점착층이 1.0㎛미만의 입자 크기를 갖으며, 상기 점착층의 50중량%까지의 양으로 존재하는 미세입자 충진제를 포함하는 금속화된 필름.
- 전술한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기관이 이축으로 배향된 폴리에틸렌테레프 탈레이트 필름으로 이루어지는 금속화된 필름.
- 합성 중합체 물질로된 기판층을 형성시키고, 상기 기판층의 적어도 한 표면에 점착층을 피복시키며, 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 점착층의 상기 기판으로부터 먼쪽의 표면상에 금속층을 피복시키는 것에 의한 금속화된 필름의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기의 점착층이 유리 카복실기를 포함하는 적어도 하나 이상의 단량체로 이루어지는 아크릴산 및/또는 메타클리산 중합체로 이루어지며, 여기서, 상기의 중합체중의 카복실기 함량의 6몰%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 기판이 서로 직각인 두 방향으로 연속 연신되는 것에 의하여 이축으로 배향된 플리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름이며, 점착층이 이축 연신에 있어서의 종횡, 두 단계 사이에서 상기의 필름 기판에 피복되는 금속화된 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
