Claims (5)
- 공기투과계수가 25×10-12ccㆍ㎝/㎠ㆍsecㆍ㎝Hg 이하이고 영률이 1 내지 1000MPa인 열가소성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지와 엘라스토머의 배합물을 함유하는 폴리머 조성물로 구성된 필름으로 이루어지는 공기투과방지층이 벨트의 두 단부부터 크라운 중심방향으로 적어도 20㎜ 범위의 타이어 내면을 실질적으로 덮도록 배치되며 또한 벨트의 두 단부 위치부터 비드부 방향으로 최대 20㎜ 위치의 크라운 중심측의 타이어 내면을 실질적으로 덮도록 배치되고, 타이어 단면 높이(H)의 적어도 0.5H 내지 0.65H 범위의 타이어 측면부에 원주방향 및 반경방향의 실제파단 신도가 적어도15%인 공기투과방지층을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.5H 내지 0.65H 범위의 타이어 측면부의 공기투과방지층으로서 고무를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,공기투과계수가 25×10-12ccㆍ㎝/㎠ㆍsecㆍ㎝Hg 이하이고 영률이 1 내지 1000MPa인 열가소성 수지 또는 열가소성수지와 엘라스토머의 배합물을 함유하는 폴리머 조성물의 필름으로 이루어지는 공기투과방지층이, 타이어 단면높이(H)의 적어도 0.5H 내지 0.65H 범위의 타이어 측면부에도 또한 배치되며, 타이어 단면높이(H)의 0.5H 내지 0.65H 범위에서 공기투과방지층의 원주방향 및 반경방향의 형상 신장량을 적어도 5%로 하고 재료 신장량을 10%로 하도록 표면에 요철을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
- 제3항에 있어서, 요철을 구비한 공기투과방지층의 원주방향 길이 및 단면방향 길이가 둘다 요철이 없는 경우의 길이보다 적어도 5% 더 길며, 요철의 높이는 0.1 내지 2.0㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.
- 공기투과계수가 25×10-12ccㆍ㎝/㎠ㆍsecㆍ㎝Hg 이하이고 영률이 1 내지 1000MPa인 열가소성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지와 엘라스토머의 배합물을 함유하는 폴리머 조성물로 구성된 필름으로 이루어지는 공기투과방지층이, 벨트의 두 단부위치부터 크라운 중심방향으로 적어도 20㎜ 범위의 타이어 내면을 실질적으로 덮도록 배치되며 또한 벨트의 두 단부 위치부터 비드부 방향으로 최대 20㎜ 위치의 크라운 중심측의 타이어 내면을 실질적으로 덮도록 배치되는 공기타이어에 있어서, 타이어 단면 높이(H)에 대하여 적어도 0.5H 내지 0.65H의 범위에서 카커스코드 내측의 고무두께(t)를 적어도 0.3㎜로 하고, 이 범위에, 공기투과계수가 25×10-12ccㆍ㎝/㎠ㆍsecㆍ㎝Hg 이하의 범위이고 영률이 1 내지 350MPa인 열가소성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지와 엘라스토머의 배합율을 함유하는 폴리머 조성물로 구성된 필름상 공기투과방지층이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기타이어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
