Claims (7)
- 구성 반복 단위체로서 디카르복시산 성분을 기준으로 하여 80중량% 이상의 테레프탈산 단위체 및 글리콜 성분을 기준으로하여 80중량% 이상의 에틸렌글리콜 단위체를 포함하고, 표면에 손상을 거의 입지않고 또 1.0 내지 10%의 두께 균일성, 120℃에서 30분간 처리한 후 0.05 내지 0.6%의 열수축률, 또 150℃에서 30분간 처리한 후 0.1 내지 0.7%의 열수축률을 갖는 25 내지 500㎛ 두께의 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 구성 반복단위체로서 디카르복시산을 기준으로 하여 80중량% 이상의 테레프탈산 및 글리콜 성분을 기준으로 하여 80중량% 이상의 에틸렌글리콜을 포함하는 용융 폴리에스테르 수지를 압출시키고 냉각 드럼상에서 용융 폴리에스테르 수지를 냉각 고화시켜 400㎛ 보다 큰 두께를 갖는 실질적인 무정형 쉬트를 형성하고 ; 예열 로울군 사이에서 쉬트를 통과시킴으로써 쉬트를 표면온도 50 내지 130℃로 예열시키며 ; 예열된 쉬트를 최저속 닙로울 및 적어도 1대의 연속되는 닙로울로 구성된 연신로울군에 의해 최저속 닙로울의 표면 온도와 연신 온도간의 차이를 -30 내지 10℃로 유지시키면서 1단계 또는 다단계로 연신온도 85 내지 120℃에서 1.2 내지 4.0배 종연신시키고, 생성한 연신 필름은 5.1×10-2이하의 복굴절률을 가지며 연신 온도는필름을 유리전이온도 이하로 냉각시키지 않고 적어도 2대의 닙로울로 구성된 연신 로울군에서 90 내지 120℃의 연신 온도에서 1단계 또는 다단계로 1.1 내지 3.0배 종연신시켜 종방향으로의 총합 연신배율이 3.0 내지 5.0배 범위이며 생성한 연신 필름이 0.042 내지 0.07의 복굴절률을 갖고, 연신온도는 제1연신에서와 동일한 식으로 나타내지도록 하며 ; 또 이러한 연신필름을 95 내지 140℃에서 3.2 내지 5.0배 횡연신시키는 것을 포함하는, 필름 표면에서 손상이 거의 없고 수축률이 낮으며 두께가 균일하고 또 평면성이 개선된 25 내지 500㎛ 두께의 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 예열로울군중 적어도 제일 끝에 있는 로울이 실리콘 고무 피복 로울 및/또는 플루오로카본 수지 피복 로울인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연신로울이 세라믹 로울인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 종방향으로의 제2연신율 제1연신시 연신 온도보다 낮은 연신온도에서 실행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 2축 연신 필름을 횡방향으로 0.5 내지 10% 이완시키거나 시키지 않고서 130 내지 250℃의 온도에서 열처리시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열처리 필름을 열처리 후지만 로울에 권취하기 전에 종방향 및/또는 횡방향으로 0.05 내지 3% 이완시키는 방법.
