Claims (8)
- 기계방향(MD)의 수축율이 0.4%이하 (@150℃, 30분)이며, 기계방향(MD)의 최대 수축응력이 0.20Kg/mm2이하(@150℃, 3분, 초기 하중 0.007Kg/mm2)이고, 폭방향(TD)의 최대 수축응력이 0.05Kg/mm2이하(@150℃, 3분, 초기 하중 0.007Kg/mm2)인 폴리에스테르 필름.
- a) 폴리에스테르 수지를 압출, 냉각하여 미연신 시트를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 시트를 600~900℃로 가열된 IR히터 구간을 거치면서 1~10배로 1차 연신하고, 500~800℃로 가열된 IR히터 구간을 거치면서 1~3배연신하여 총 기계방향으로 1초과~10배연신하는 단계;c) 기계방향 연신 후 100~200℃에서 폭방향으로 1초과~10배 연신하는 단계;d) 205~245℃에서 열처리하는 단계;e) 열처리 후 텐터 내에서 열처리온도보다 5~35℃낮은 온도에서 폭방향(TD)으로 3 ~ 8% 완화하면서, 동시에 기계방향(MD)에 대해 3 ~ 8%의 비율로 동시완화 하는 단계;를 포함하는 내열치수안정성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.

- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동시완화는 다단계로 폭방향(TD)완화와 기계방향(MD)완화를 동시에 부여하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.

- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동시완화는 170 ~ 240℃ 온도범위에서 수행하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동시완화는 텐터 내에서 클립 간의 간격 및 폭을 동시에 조절하여 필름의 응력을 완화시키는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2항, 제 4항, 제 6항 내지 제 7항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조되며, 기계방향(MD)의 수축율이 0.4%이하 (@150℃, 30분)이며, 기계방향(MD)의 최대 수축응력이 0.20Kg/mm2이하(@150℃, 3분, 초기 하중 0.007Kg/mm2)이고, 폭방향(TD)의 최대 수축응력이 0.05Kg/mm2이하(@150℃, 3분, 초기 하중0.007Kg/mm2)인 폴리에스테르 필름.
