Claims (9)
- 밸브 축선과, 이 밸브 축선에 대해서 동심적으로 뻗어있는 내극과, 이 내극을 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 마그네트 코일과, 마찬가지로 동심적으로 밸브 길이 방향 축선의 주위를 뻗어 있어 부분적으로 밸브 케이싱으로서 작용하는 밸브 주벽과, 내극과 밸브 주벽의 직접적인 접촉을 저지하는 비자성의 원형 링형상의 중간링을 구비한, 밸브용 자기 회로, 특히 내연 기관의 연료 분사 장치용 자기 회로를 제조하는 방법으로서, 우선 첫째로, 내극(3) 및 밸브 주벽(4)뒤의 원하는 윤곽에 거의 상당하는 외 윤곽을 구비한, 자성체로서 작용하는 일체적인 밸브 케이싱(1)을 제조하고, 이어서 중간 링(5)을 밸브 케이싱(1)에 배치하고, 다음으로 밸브 케이싱(1)을 프레스 공구(64,65,66,67,68,69,70)내에 배치하고, 이 프레스 공구에 의해 중간 링(5)에 힘을 가하며, 이에 따라 중간 링(5) 및 밸브 케이싱(1)의 재료를 적어도 부분적으로 반경 방향으로 밸브 길이 방향 축선(12)을 향하여, 프레스 공구(70)내의 자유 공간(73)안에 시프트시켜, 재료 결합을 이루고, 그 다음에, 절삭 마무리 방법에 의해서 밸브 케이싱(1)내의 내측 개구(53)를 반경 방향으로 중간 링(5)에 달할 때까지 확대하고, 내극(3)과 밸브 주벽(4)을 서로 완전히 공간적으로 분리하고, 마지막으로 밸브 케이싱(1)이 소망의 윤곽을 갖게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기 회로 제조 방법.
- 밸브 축선과, 이 밸브 축선에 대해서 동심적으로 뻗어 있는 내극과, 이 내극을 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 마그네트 코일과, 마찬가지로 동심적으로 밸브 길이 방향 축선의 주위를 뻗어 있어 부분적으로 밸브 케이싱으로서 작용하는 밸브 주벽과, 내극과 밸브 주벽의 직접적인 접촉을 저지하는 비자성의 원형 링형상의 중간링을 구비한, 밸브용 자기 회로, 특히 내연 기관의 연료 분사 장치용 분사 밸브를 위한 자기 회로를 제조하는 방법으로서, 금속 사출 성형법을 이용하여 우선 첫째로, 중간 링(5′)을, 금속 분체와 결합제로 이루어지는 입자체로부터, 사출 성형에 의해 제조하고, 이어서, 밸브 케이싱(1′)을 내극(3′) 및 밸브 주벽(4′)뒤에 원하는 윤곽을 따라 , 중간 링(5′)에 금속 사출 성형법을 이용하여 사출 성형하고, 그 후에 결합제의 성분을, 밸브 케이싱(1′)및 중간 링(′)으로부터 제거하고, 이어서 밸브 케이싱(1′)을 중간링(5′)과 함께 소결하고 그 다음에, 절삭 마무리 방법에 의해서 밸브 케이싱(1′)내의 내측의 개구(53′)를 반경 방향으로 중간링(5′)에 달할 때까지 확대하고, 내극(3′)과 밸브 주벽(4′)을 서로 완전히 공간적으로 분리하고, 마직막으로 밸브 케이싱(1′)의 원하는 윤곽을 생기게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기 회로 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중간 링(5,5′)를 위한 재료로서, 오스테나이트 강을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기 회로 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프레스 공구(64,65,66,67,68,69,70)를, 프레스 슬리브(68)와 이 프레스 슬리브의 내측을 제한하는 내측의 지지 슬리브(66)와, 프레스 슬리브(68)의 외측을 둘러싸는 외측의 지지 슬리브(67)로 이루어지는 슬리브형의 프레스 캠(65)과, 밸브 케이싱(1) 혹은 프레스 램(65)을 둘러싸는 제1 및 제2의 다이(64,69)와, 개구(53)에 진입하는 지지 램(70)에 의해서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기 회로 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 프레스 슬리브(68)에 의해 중간 링(5)을 프레스하기 위한 본래의 힘을 갖게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기 회로 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 프레스 혹은 소성 변성 프레스기, 냉간에서 실시되는 병진적인 가입 변형법인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기 회로 제조 방법.
- 제1항, 제5항, 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프레스 함을 가함으로써 생긴 재료 흐름을, 프레스 슬리브(68)의 프레스 힘의 방향에 대해서 거의 직각으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기 회로 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중간 링(5′) 및 밸브 케이싱(1′)의 사출 성형을, 플라스틱 사출 성형기에서의 제1회 작업 공정으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기회로 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 결합제로서 플라스틱을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 자기 회로 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
