Description
Claims (20)
- (a)전면 및 후면을 갖는 배면; 및 (b)상기 배면의 전면에 결합된, 다수의 연마 입자, 결합제 및 연삭 보조제의 균질한 혼합물을 포함하는 연마 피막(여기서, 결합제는 연마 피막을 배면에 결합시키는 역할을 하며, 상기 연삭 보조제는 연마 피막의 1중량%이상을 차지하나 50중량%를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다)을 포함하는 연마 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 상기 연마 피막의 30중량%이하인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 연마 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 크리올라이트인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 연마 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 칼륨 테트라플루오로보레이트인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 연마 제품.
- (a) 다수의 연마 입자, 결합제 전구체 및 연삭 보조제를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조한 단계; (b)전면 및 후면을 갖는 배면을 제공하는 단계; (c)상기 슬러리를 상기 배면의 적어도 전면상에 적용하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 슬러리를 결합제 전구체를 고형화시켜 결합제를 형성하기에 충분한 조건에 노출시키는 단계(여기서, 고형화시 슬러리는 연마 피막으로 전환되고, 상기 결합제는 연마 피막을 배면에 결합시키는 역할을 하며, 상기 연삭 보조제는 연마 피막의 1중량%이상을 차지하나 50중량%를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다)를 포함하는 연마 제품의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 상기 연마 피막의 30량% 이하인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 크리올라이트인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 칼륨 테트라플루오로보레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 다수의 연마 입자, 결합제 전구체 및 연삭 보조제를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; (b)전면 및 후면을 갖는 배면을 제공하는 단계; (c) 다수의 공동을 함유하는 제작 도구를 제공하는 단계; (d) 상기 슬러리를 상기 제작 도구내의 다수의 공동에 적용하여 슬러리가 공동내로 유입되도록 하는 단계 : (e) 배면의 전면을 제작 도구와 접촉시켜 슬러리가 배면의 전면에 습윤되도록 하는 단계; (f) 상기 슬러리를 결합제 전구체를 고형화시켜 결합제를 형성하기에 충분한 조건에 노출시키는 단계(여기서, 구형화시 슬러리는 뚜렷하고 식별가능한 경계에 의해 한정되는 정밀한 형태를 갖는 다수의 연마 복합재로 전환되며, 상기 연마 복합재는 1%이상 50중량%이하의 연삭 보조제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다)를 포함하는 연마 제품의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 상기 연마 피막의 30중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 크리올라이트인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 칼륨 테트라플루오로보레이트인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 다수의 연마 입자, 결합제 전구체 및 연삭 보조제를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조한 단계; (b)전면 및 후면을 갖는 배면을 제공하는 단계; (c) 상기 슬러리를 상기 배면의 전면상에 적용하여 슬러리로 피복된 배면을 형성시키는 단계 ; (d)상기 슬러리로 피복된 배면을 다수의 공동을 갖는 제작 도구와 접촉시켜 슬러리가 공동내로 유입되도록 하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 슬러리를 결합제 전구체를 고형화시켜 결합제를 형성하기에 충분한 조건에 노출시키는 단계 (여기서, 고형화시 슬러리는 다수의 연마 복합재로 전환되며, 상기 연마 복합재가 1% 이상 50중량%이하의 연삭 보조제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다)를 포함하는 연마 제품의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 상기 연마 피막의 30중량% 이하인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 크리올라이트인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 연삭 보조제가 칼륨 테트라플루오로보레이트인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a)작업편의 금속 표면을, (i)전면 및 후면을 갖는 배면; 및(ii)상기 배면의 적어도 전면에 결합된, 다수의 연마 입자, 결합제 및 연삭 보조제의 균질한 혼합물을 포함하는 연마 피막(여기서, 결합제는 또한 연마 피막을 배면에 결합시키는 역할을 하며, 연마 피막은 1중량% 이상 50중량% 이하의 연삭 보조제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는다)을 포함하는 연마 제품(여기서, 연마 제품 및 금속 표면중 적어도 하나는 마찰 접촉시 작업편의 금속 표면의 일부가 제거되도록 이동된다)과 마찰 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 작업편의 금속 표면을 연마하는 방법.
