Abstract

A találmány olyan, hordozóra felvitt csiszolóanyaggal bevontstrukturált felületű csiszolóeszközök előállításával foglalkozik,amelyek alkalmasak fém-, fa-, műanyag- és üvegfelületek finomcsiszolására. A fenti csiszolóeszköz előállítási eljárása során egyhordozóanyagon rögzített, strukturált felületű, csiszolópor/kötőanyagkompozíció mintázattal vonják be csiszolóeszközt. Az eljárás során egyhordozó felületen csiszolópor/kötőanyag keverékrendszer-mintázatotalakítanak ki. A keverékrendszerek mindegyike legalább részbenkikeményített kötőanyagot és abban diszpergált csiszoló hatásúrészecskéket tartalmaz. Ennek a csiszolópor/kötőanyagkeverékrendszernek a felületére tapadó funkcionális csiszolópor-adalékot visznek fel. Ó
