Claims (12)
- 레반 슈크라아제의 서열이 하기의 뉴클레오티드 서열(서열 번호 1)을 가지며, 에르위니아 아밀로보라(Erwinia amylovora)종의 그램-음성 박테리아로부터 유래하는, 식물 게놈 중에 통합됨으로써 잎 및 괴경에서 폴리프럭탄(레반)을 발현시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레반 슈크라아제의 서열이 있는 DNA 서열.
- 잎 및 괴경에서 플리프럭탄(레반)을 발현하는 식물의 제조를 위한, 제1항에 따른 DNA 서열을 포함하는 플라스미드.
- 플라스미드 p35s-CW-LEV(DSM 7186).
- 플라스미드 p35s-CY-LEV(DSM 7187).
- 플라스미드 p33-CW-LEV(DSM 7188).
- (a) (i) 식물 내에서 활성이고 의도된 표적 조직 또는 표적 세포 내에서 RNA를 생성하는 프로모터, (ii) 제1항에 따른 레반 슈크라아제의 DNA서열, 및 (iii) 식물 세포 내에서 전사 종결 뿐만 아니라 RNA의 3′-말단에 폴리 A잔기틀 부착시키는 3′-비-번역 서열의 부분적 서열들을 갖는 DNA 서열을 제조하는 단게, (b) 제2항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플라스미드를 사용하여 식물 세포로부터 얻은 재조합 이중 가닥 DNA분자의 식물 게놈 내에 상기 DNA 서열을 전달 및 통합하는 단계, 및 (c) 형질전환된 식물 세로로부터 온전한 식물 전체를 재생하는 단계로 이루어진, 잎 및 괴경에서 폴리프럭탄(레반)을 발현하는 유전자전환 식물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 잎 및 괴경에서의 폴리프럭판(레반)슈크라아제 발현이 엽록체, 백색체, 미토콘드리아, 세포질, 세포간 공극 및(또는) 액포 네에서 폴리프럭탄(레반)슈크라아제 활성이 나타나도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 따른 방법으로 얻은 식물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 농작물인 식물.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 옥수수, 벼, 밀, 보리, 사탕무우, 사탕수수, 담배 또는 감자 식물인 식물.
- 잎 및 괴경에서 폴리프럭탄(레반)을 발현하는 식물의 제조를 위한, 제1항에 따른 DNA 서열의 용도.
- 잎 및 괴겨8에서 폴릭프럭탄(레반)을 발현하는 식물의 제조를 위한, 제2항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플라스미드의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
