Claims (10)
- 아데노바이러스-혈질전환된 재조합 포유동물 숙주 세포를 약 38℃ 내지 39℃의 온도에서 배양함을 포함하는, 상기 아데노바이러스-형질전환된 재조합 포유동물 숙주 세포에서 단백질 C의 생성을 증가시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재조합 포유동물 숙주 세포가 293 세포인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양 온도가 약 38℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양 온도가 약 39℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배양 온도가 약 38℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배양 온도가 약 38.5℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배양 온도가 약 39℃인 방법.
- 재조합 AV12숙주 세포중의 재조합적으로 생성된 단백질 C분자를 약 38℃ 내지 약 39℃의 온도에서 배양함을 포함하는, 상기 재조합적으로 생성된 단백질 C분자의-카복실화 수준을 증가시키는 방법.
