Claims (6)
- 로면 혹인 괘도에 대하여 이동자제한 대차와, 이 대차위에 탄성적으로 지지된 하대와, 상기 하대에 생기는 진동을 검출하는 센서와, 당해 센서에 의해 제어되는 상기 대차와 하대와를 상대적으로 변위시키는 적어도 3개의 액츄에이터와, 당해 액츄에이터를 상기 센서의 검출신호에 의해 제어하는 제어부로 이루어지는 자동반송차량에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터의 작동 방향은 상기 대차가 이동하는 평면에 대한 연직선에 대하여 경사되고 또한 서로 다른 방향으로 향하여 지고, 상기 센서는 상기 복수의 액츄에이터 각각의 작동방향으로의 진동을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동반송차량.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 그 작용선이 상기 대차의 무게중심을 통하는 연직선과 교차하는 방향으로 향하여진 서로 대칭인 2대로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동반송차량.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 그 작용선이 상기 대차의 무게중심을 통하는 연직선과 교차하지 않는 방향으로 향하여진 상호 대칭인 2대로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동반송차량.
- 제1항-제3의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 대차와 하대와의 사이에 설치된 제1의 방진고무에 의해 상기 하대가 탄성적으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동반송차량.
- 제1항-제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터와 상기 하대와의 사이에 제2 방진고무가 설치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동반송차량.
- 제1항-제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 대차의 하대와의 어느쪽인가 한쪽에 설치되고, 다른 쪽에는 자력을 작용시키는 전자석으로 되고, 상기 제어부는 전자석과 그 자력이 작용하는 대상인 타게트와의 사이에 거리의 측정치에 의해 전자석이 구동전류를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동반송차량.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
