Claims (9)
- 차체(7)와 차륜(8)사이에 개장되어 차륜(8)에 대한 차체(7)의 지지력을 증감가능하게 설치한 작동기(14)와, 차체(7)로의 진동입력을 검출하는 진동력 검출수단(31,32)과, 상기 진동 입력 검출수단(31,32)의 검출출력에 의하여 차륜(8)에서 차체(7)로의 진동전달을 억제하려는 상기 유압작동기(14)의 작동을 제어하는 제어수단(30)을 갖춘 차량용 능동 현수장치에 있어서, 차량전방의 노면요철을 검출하는 전방노면 감지기(33)를 갖추며, 상기 제어수단(30)은 상기 전방노면 감지기(33)가 소정크기 이상의 노면의 요철을 검출한 주행상황에서는 정상제어(S30)를 실행하며, 상기 전방노면 감지기(33)가 상기 소정 크기 이상의 노면 요철을 검출하지 않는 주행상황에서는 상기 정상 제어(S30)에 비하여 상기 작동기(14)의 작동에 의하여 발생하는 등가스프링 정수를 내려 상기 차륜(8)의 행정량을 조장시키는 역스프링이 제어(S22)를 실행하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 진동입력 검출수단은 차륜(8)의 행정량을 검출하는 차고 검출수단(32)을 가지며, 상기 역스프링 제어는 차고 검출수단(32)에 의하여 검출되는 실행정량(LA) 및 목표 행정량(Ll)과 차분에 따라 상기 작동기(14)의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정상제어는 차체(7)의 진동을 수검시키려는 작동기(14)의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차륜(8)의 행정량을 검출하는 차고 검출수단(32)을 갖추며, 상기 제어수단(30)은 차고 검출수단(32)에서 검출되는 행정량(L)이 소정 행정량(L0)보다 클 때 역스프링 제어가 실행되지 않도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 속도(V)를 검출하는 속도 검출수단(34)을 갖추고, 상기 제어 수단(30)은 속도 검출수단(34)에서 검출되는 속도(V)가 소정속도(V0)보다 클 때 역스프링 제어가 실행되지 않도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스티어링 휘일의 조타각(θH)을 검출하는 타각 검출수단을 갖추며, 상기 제어수단(30)은 타각 검출수단(34)에서 검출되는 조타각(θH)의 절대값이 소정타각(θ0)보다 클 때 역스프링 제어가 실행되지 않도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 속도(V)를 검출하는 속도 검출수단(34)을 갖추며, 상기 제어수단(30)은 속도 검출수단(34)에서 검출되는 속도(V)의 상승에 따른 상기 소정타각을 감소시키도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동기는 제어밸브(17)를 거쳐 공급되는 유압에 따라 지지력이 증감하는 유압작동기(14)이며, 상기 제어수단(30)은 제어 밸브(17)의 작동을 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전방 노면 감지기(33)는 자체 전방, 경사 아래측으로 향하여 차체(7)의 전부에 장치된 초음파 감지기에 의하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 능동현수장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
