Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- a)한개 또는 한 개 이상의 부식억제제; 및 b) C1내지 C20알코올; 글루콘산의 알칼리 금속염; 알킬-치환된 벤젠 화합물; 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 침투향상제의 용액을 포함하고, 부식억제제가 철근 콘크리트로 침투하는 것을 향상시키기에 충분한 양으로 침투향상제가 존재하는 철근 콘크리트 원상태 회복용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 용액이 도포된 표면 영역을 가시화시키는데 충분한 양으로 염료 화합물이 존재하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염료 화합물의 색이 햇빛에 노출될 때 없어지는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부식 억제제가 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 아질산염; 질산아연; 유기 암모늄 아질산염; 알칼리 토금속 석유 술포네이트; 붕산염; 몰리브데이트; 아민염; 알칸올아민; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침투 향상제가 에탄올; 1-프로판올; 2-프로판올; 1-부탄올; 2-부탄올; 1-펜탄올; 2-펜탄올; 3-펜탄올; 히드록시벤젠; 디히드록시벤젠; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 C1내지 C6의 일가 알코올인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침투 향상제가 에틸렌 글리콜; 프로필렌 글리콜; 글리세롤; 부탄, 펜탄 또는 헥산 폴리올; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 C1내지 C6의 다가 알코올인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부식 억제제의 함량이 상기 용액의 중량을 기준으로 약 5.0 내지 75중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부식 억제제의 함량이 상기 용액의 중량을 기준으로 약 8.0 내지 30중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침투 향상제의 함량이 상기 용액의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.01 내지 5.0중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침투 향상제의 함량이 상기 용액의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.1 내지 3.0중량%인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 부식 억제제가 약 14 내지 20%의 알칼리 토금속 아질산염이고; 제2성분이 약 0.25 내지 2.0%의 프로필렌 글리콜이며; 염료 화합물의 양이 0.1%이상인 조성물.
- 원상태 회복된 강철 보강제 함유 콘크리트에 a)한개 또는 한 개 이상의 부식억제제; 및 b) C1내지 220알코올; 글루콘산의 알칼리 금속염; 알킬-칭환된 벤젠 화합물; 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 침투향상제의 용액을 포함하고, 부식억제제가 철근 콘크리트로 침투하는 것을 증가시키기에 충분한 양으로 침투향상제가 존재하는 용액의 부가 단계를 포함하는 철근 콘크리트의 원상태 회복 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 용액을 부가하기 전에 철근 콘크리트 표면을 파헤치는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 파헤치는 단계에 밀링 비트로 콘크리트 표면을 밀링하는 것이 포함되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 파헤치는 단계를 철근 보강재 약 1.0cm이내로 콘크리트를 제거하는 것이 포함되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 용액을 부가한 후에, 파헤친 표면에 원상태 회복된 상부층을 부가하는 단계가 포함되는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 원상태 회복 상부층에 부식 억제제가 포함되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 용액을 부가할 때 표면 영역을 가시화하기에 충반한 양의 염료 화합물이 존재하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 염료 화합물의 색이 햇빛에 노출될대 없어지는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 부식 억제제가 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 아질산염; 질산아연; 유기 암모늄 아질산염; 알칼리 토금속 석유 술포네이트; 붕산염; 몰리브데이트; 아민 염; 알칸올아민; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
