Abstract

본 발명은 야생형 균주 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium) 속 또는 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 속과 비교하여 더 낮은 α-케토글루타르산 데하이드로게나제 활성을 갖는, 상기 브레비박테리움 속 또는 코리네박테리움 속으로부터 유도된 L-글루탐산 생성 미생물의 돌연변이체를 바이오틴 활성 억제 물질을 첨가하지 않은, 농도가 10 내지 100μg/1인 바이오틴-함유 액체 영양 배지중에서 배양시키고, 배양액중에 L-글루탐산을 생성 및 축적시키고 상기 배양액으로부터 L-글루탐산을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 발효법에 의해 L-글루탐산을 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따라, 더 경제적이고 더 효율적인 방식으로 발효법에 의해 L-글루탐산을 산업적으로 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 야생형 균주 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium) 속 또는 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 속과 비교하여 더 낮은 α-케토글루타르산 데하이드로게나제 활성을 갖는, 상기 브레비박테리움 속 또는 코리네박테리움 속으로부터 유도된 L-글루탐산 생성 미생물의 돌연변이체를 바이오틴 활성 억제 물질을 첨가하지 않은, 농도가 10 내지 100μg/1인 바이오틴-함유 액체 영양 배지중에서 배양시키고, 배양액중에 L-글루탐산을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 발효법에 의해 L-글루탐산을 제조하는 방법.
