Claims (7)

  1. 에스케리키아 속에 속하는 미생물의 N-아세틸 글루타메이트 키나아제, N-아세틸-γ-글루타밀 포스페이트 리덕타제, 아르기니노 숙시나제 및 아르기니노 숙시네이트 합성 효소의 군에서 선택된 적어도 3효소의 합성에 관한 유전 정보를 갖는 재조합 DNA를 운반하는 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움 속에 속하는 미생물을 회수 가능한 량의 아미노산이 배양브로스에 축적될 때까지 배지에서 배양하고, 그로부터 아미노산을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-아르기닌, L-시트룰린 및 L-오르니틴의 군에서 선택된 아미노산의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유전정보가 N-아세틸 글루타메이트 키나아제, N-아세틸-γ-글루타밀 포스페이트 리덕타제, 및 아르기니노 숙시나제의 합성에 관한 것이고, 아미노산이 L-아르기닌, L-시트룰린 및 L-오르니틴인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유전정보가 N-아세틸 글루타메이트 키나아제, N-아세틸-γ-글루타밀 포스페이트 리덕타제, 아르기니노 숙시나제 및 아르기니노 숙시네이트 합성효소의 합성에 관한 것이고, 아미노산이 L-아르기닌인 방법.
