Abstract

본 발명은 L-아스파라긴산β-메틸에스테르에 대한 내성이 유발되고 몇몇 경우에는 모 균주와 비교하여 감소된 시트레이트-신타제 활성을 나타내는, L-리신을 분비하는 코리네형 균주의 효율을 증진시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. L-리신을 분비하는 코리네형(coryneform)균주에서 L-아스파라긴산 β-메틸에스테르에 대한 내성을 유발시킴을 특징으로 하여, L-리신을 분비하는 미생물중 코리네형 균주의 효율을 증가시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, L-리신을 분비하는 코리네형 균주로부터 유래하는 돌연변이체가 모(panent)균주보다 낮은 시트레이트 신타제 활성을 갖는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium)또는 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium)속의 균주가 사용되는 방법.
  4. L-아스파라긴산 β-메틸에스테르에 대한 내성을 나타내고, 제1항에 따라 생성된, L-리신을 분비하는 코리네박테리움 또는 브레비박테리움속의 균주.
  5. L-리신을 분비하고, 추기로 모 균주보다 낮은 시트레이트-신타제 활성을 가지며, 제2항에 따라 생성된 균주.
  6. L-리신을 발효 생성하기 위한 제4항 또는 제5항에 따른 L- 리신 분비 균주의 용도.
