Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 비블록 및 블록화된 이소시아네이트기 함량이 5 내지 2중량%(NCO로 계산함)이고, 95%이상의 이소시아네이트기가 블록화된 형태로 존재하고, 블록화제가 필수적으로 A) 30 내지 70당량%의 디이소프로필아민, B) 30 내지 70당량%의 CH-산성 에스테르 및 1,2,4-트리아졸로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 다른 블록화제 및 C) 0 내지 20당량%의 A) 및 B)이외의 블록화제로 이루어지며, A),B) 및 C)의 백분율의 합이 100 이하인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100%의 이소시아네이트기가 블록화된 형태로 존재하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록화제가 필수적으로 A) 30 내지 70당량%의 디이소프로필아민 및 B) 30 내지 70당량%의 말론산 디에틸 에스테르로 이루어진 것인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 블록화제가 A) 30 내지 70당량%의 디이소프로필아민 및 B) 30 내지 70당량%의 말론산 디에틸 에스테르로 이루어진 것인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산을 기재로 한 것인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산을 기재로 한 것인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산을 기재로 한 것인 유기 폴리소시아네이트.
- 제4항에 잇어서, 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산을 기재로 한 것인 유기 폴리소시아네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 1종 이상의 유기 용매 중의 50 내지 80중량% 용액의 형태로 존재하는 유기 폴리소시아네이트.
- 20 내지 120℃에서 95당량% 이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트기를 블록화제의 총당량당 A) 30 내지 70당량%의 디이소프로필아민, B) 30 내지 70당량%의 CH-산성 에스테르 및 1,2,4-트리아졸로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 다른 블록화제 및 C) 0 내지 20당량%의 A) 및 B) 이외의 블록화제를 함유한 블록화제를 혼합물과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 및 유기 폴리히드록실 화합물을 함유하는 코팅 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
