Abstract

본 발명은 30내지 70당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 부탄은 옥심으로 블록화되고, 30내지 70당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 1, 2, 4-트리아폴로 불록화되고, 0내지 30당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 다른 볼록 화제로 볼록화된 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시아네이트에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 임의로 1종 이상 의 이소시아네이트 반응성기를 함유하는 히드라진 유도체에 의한 플리이소시아네이트의 변성 전, 변성중, 또는 변성 후, 상기 볼록화제로 래커 폴리이소시아네이트를 볼록화시켜 상기 볼록화 폴리이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법, 및 일액형 폴리우레탄스토빙 조성물에서 볼록화 폴리이소시아네이트의 유기 폴리히드록시 화합물에 대한 가교제로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 95%이상의 이소시아네이트기가 블록화제에 의해 블록화되고, 폴리이소시아네이트가 5내지 25중량% 함량(NCO로서 산출함)의 비블록화 및 블록화 이소시아네이트기를 가지며, A)30내지 70당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 부탄온 옥심으로 블록화되고, B)30내지 70당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 1, 2, 4-트리아졸로 블록화되고, C)0내지 30당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 A)및 B)이외의 블록화제로 블록화되며, 상기 A), B) 및 C)의 백분율 합계가 100이 되는 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시아네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 볼록화 폴리이소시아네이트가 하기 일반식에 대응하는 화학적으로 고정된 구조 단위를 고상물 기준으로 4중량%이하로 더 함유하는 것인 폴리이소시아네이트.
  3. a)생성되는 불록화 폴리이소시아네이트가 하기 일반식에 대응하는 화학적으로 고정된 구조 단위를 고상물 기준으로 4중량% 이하로 함유하도록, (시클로)지방족 결합 이소시아네이트기 및 7내지 30%함량의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 1종이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분의 20 NCO 당량% 이하의 이소시아네이트기를, 하기 b)단계 전, b)단계 중, 및(또는)b)단계 후, 1개 이상의 히드라지노카르보닐기 및 1개 이상의 이소시아네이트기 반응성기와 임의로 반응시키는 단계, 및
    b) A)30내지 70당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 부탄온 옥심으로 불록화되고, B)30내지 70당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 1, 2, 4-트리아폴로 불록화되고, C)0내지 30당량%의 이소시아네이트기가 A)및 B)이외의 1종 이상의 볼록화제로 볼록화되며, 상기 A),B)및 C)의 백분율 합계가 100이 되는 양으로, 1개 이상의 히드라지노카르보닐기를 갖는 상기 화합물과 반웅하지 않는 95당량% 이상의 이소시아네이트기를, 임의의 순서로 또는 흔합물로 사용될 수 있는 볼록화제와 반응시키는 단계로 이루어지는 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구조 단위가 4중량% 이하로 존재하는 것인 방법.
  5. 결합제가 유기 폴리히드록시 화합물, 및 가교제로서 사용되는 제1항의 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 일액형 폴리우레탄 스토빙 조성물.
