Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (1) 2.0 이상의 이소시아네이트 작용가 및 2,000 이상의 분자량을 갖는 우레탄 예비중합체; 및 (2) 분자당 평균 하나 이상의 실란 그룹 및 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 그룹, 및 2,000 미만의 분자량을 갖는, 폴리이소시아네이트와 하기 일반식의 화합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 조성물:
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비중합체의 이소시아네이트 작용가가 2.2 이상인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 예비중합체의 분자량이 2,500 이상인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 예비중합체의 이소시아네이트 함량이 1.0% 내지 10%인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분 (2)가 분자당 두개 이상의 이소시아네이트 그룹 및 하나 이상의 실란 그룹을 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분 (2)가 밀봉재 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0.5% 내지 20%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (2)를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 폴리이소시아네이트가 1,000 미만의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (2)를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 폴리이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 또는 그의 뷰렛-함유 또는 이소시아네이트-함유 유도체인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(2)를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 2차 아미노-알콕시 실란이 N,N′-비스((3-비스메록시실릴)프로필)아민인 조성물.
- 유리 기재를 금속 기재에 결합시키기 위한 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
