Claims (13)
- (a) 하이드록실 상당량이 최소한 500인 중합체 폴리올을 화학양론식 보다 과량의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 만든 이소시아네이트로 종경된 폴리우레탄 초기중합체, 및 (b) 초기 중합체내에 존재하는 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹에 비해 화학양론식 보다 과량인, 분자량이 약 750미만인 이미노-기능 또는 엔아민-함유 화합물의 반응 생성물로 구성된 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초기중합체를 제조하는데 사용한 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로 구성된 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 비대칭 디이소시아네이트인 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 폴리올의 평균 공칭 하이드록실 기능도가 2-3이고 평균 하이드록실 상당량이 약 1000-약3000인 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초기중합체의 NCO 함량이 약 0.3-약10wt%인 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이미노-기능 화합물이 1분자당 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트-반응성 이미노 그룹을 함유하는 초기중합체와 반응하고 다음 일반 구조식을 따르는 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.식중, X,Y 및 Z은 합쳐져 상기 화합물의 나머지 부분을 이루는 화합물부분이며 이들은 각 독립적으로 N,C,O,S,Si 또는 P를 거쳐 상기 화합물의 C=N-아미노 단위에 붙는 수소 및 유기 라디칼로부터 선택되고 상기 아미노 단위의 중안 탄소원자는 세개의 원자와 결합되어 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엔아민-함유 화합물이 다음 구조식의 초기중합체와 반응하는 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.식중, A,B,C,E,G,J 및 L은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내며 A, B 및 O그룹, E,G,J 및 L그룹은 독립적으로 임의에 따라 구성원들이 서로 연결되어 하나 이상의 탄소환식 고리 또는 복소환식 고리를 만든다.
- 제7항에 있어서, E,G,J 및 L이 수소이외의 것이고 A와 B모두가 수소가 아닌 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이미노-기능 또는 엔아민-함유 화합물이 비대칭 디-이민 또는 디-엔아민인 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체.
- 분자량이 약 43-약750인 반응하지 않은 이미노-기능 또는 엔아민-함유 화합물과 혼합된 제1항의 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체로 구성된 이소시아네이트-반응성 조성물.
- 반응 시스템이 (A) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 (B) (i)제10항의 이소시아네이트-반응성 조성물과 (ⅱ) 2 또는 3개의 방향족 형태로 결합된 1차 및/또는 2차 아민 그룹을 함유하고 분자량이 약 100-약 400인 방향족 폴리아민으로 구성된 사슬 확장제:로 구성된 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분으로 이루어지는, 반응 사출성형된 탄성중합체를 만드는데 사용하기 위한 반응 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로 구성된 반응 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아민이 분자량이 122-300 사이인 디아민민인 반응 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
