Claims (6)
- 하부본체(1)와 상부본체(2)가 용지이송경로를 따라 분리가능한 LED프린터의 화상형성장치에 있어서, 상부본체(2)에 장착된 프로세스 유니트(6) 상부선단(7)에 LED프레임(3)의 레버부(3')가 맞닿게 하고 LED헤드어레이(4)가 상기 LED프레임 (3) 우측하단에 설치되며 프로세스 유니트(6)내의 감광드럼(11)과 LED헤드어레이 (4) 사이의 거리를 정확하게 유지되도록 설치함을 특징으로 하는 LED프린터의 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, LED프레임(3)은 힌지(8)를 중심으로 스프링(5)의 복원력에 의해 회동될 수 있게 설치함을 특징으로 하는 LED프린터의 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부본체(2)와 LED프레임(3) 사이에 설치된 스프링(5)은 인장스프링을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 LED프린터의 화상형성장치.
- 하부본체(1)와 상부본체(2)가 용지이송 경로를 따라 분리가능한 LED프린터의 화상형성장치에 있어서, 하부본체(1)에 상면이 좌측으로 경사면(13)을 이룬 피봇(12)을 형성하고 상부본체(2)에 설치된 LED프레임(3)의 레버부(3')가 상부본체(2)가 닫힌 상태에서 상기 피봇(12)의 경사면(13)에 맞닿게하고 LED헤드어레이(4)가 상기 LED프레임(3)의 우측하단에 설치되며 상부에는 스프링(5)을 상부본체(2)와 탄지하고 프로세스 유니트(6)내의 감광드럼(11)과 상기 LED헤드어레이(4)사이의 거리를 정확하게 유지되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 LED프린터의 화상형성장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, LED프레임(3)은 힌지(8)를 중심으로 스프링(5)의 복원력에 의해 회동될 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 LED프린터의 화상형성장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상부본체(2)와 LED프레임(3) 사이에 설치된 스프링(5)은 인장스프링을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 LED프린터의 화상형성장치.
